Huh 🤔 when did she fully know that its because of his mum he was going crazy she knew about that when he reminisced about his mum that's what she perceived about him / there were many times when she kept telling him that she knows some history about him but he would call her crazy (one) it was a different name that was recorded not his name in the joseon era (two) he was bound to fall even though he knows the villains were also very calcualtive and acted fast and she also did help when she could.
I also haven't Read the source material because it's in Korean and they filmed the ending it could be a special episode or added but the production team does this for many dramas not only this one whether it's the ending or some scenes that don't need to be cut they just take it out.
