You should not keep your hand in 55°C (131°F) hot water for more than 17 seconds before experiencing a second-degree burn. For third-degree burns, it would take approximately 10 seconds. To avoid burns, it's best to mix hot and cold water to a lower, safer temperature, as prolonged exposure to temperatures above 50°C can cause skin and muscle breakdown. This is all i can say am not in defense of ur opinion but am just saying that yes it can burn u and my point was based on 55C degree which u stated.
