Yeah, this was one of the things that I wasn't really keen on in the drama. Situ in the novel is actually such a cutie but also very respectful of Mingyi.

No, in the novel Situ deeply admires and pines for Mingyi but he never crosses the line. He is also 15 years old in the novel so Mingyi absolutely just sees him as a younger brother.
While he wants to be with her, he never forces or expresses any romantic gestures towards Mingyi. He throws a couple of jabs at Bozai to his face because he thinks he's not good enough for Mingyi.
Situ in the novel is more of a character that will protect her and be there for Mingyi but understands she doesn't see him that way.
Could someone pls tell me if ML knows that our FL has been poisoned this whole time and bout to die soon? Why…
In the novel when he finds out Mingyi is poisoned and will die soon, he too doesn't react too drastically.
Instead he finds a suitable opportunity to feed her favorite food, scallion pancakes, secretly laced with the antidote. So, she doesn't realize until later than she was feed the antidote already (by him).
I see in the next episode that she is also eating scallion pancakes. So I am wondering if the drama will be like the novel and he will lace that with the GMD.
Mingyi is indeed the 6 realms strongest champion because who the hell else can hold out against Bozai's charms for this long except for her.🤠hahaha
I think from the spoilers Ming Yi and Ji Bozai make up, but ep 23/24 were so boring, it was annoying that the…
Absolutely that and I need a little less time of some of the side characters sometimes tbh....
I do wish they could stay with some novel aspects and focus a bit more on some other events the main couple face. Maybe that seemed a bit to mundane to the scriptwriters? But I found that some of the most entertaining parts of the drama were when the main couple were just playing off their chemistry, even if the events were simple.
Yeahhh nobody's suspecting him. I think he poisoned her under the order of her mother and now came looking for…
In the novel it is her "mother"/empress who secretly poisons Mingyi ever since she was a child. She secretly feeds Mingyi antidote consistently so that she stays alive - this is so she is in control of Mingyi when she needs.
But, the reason why the poison finally takes effect is because all the antidotes get destroyed by the consort who is rival to the empress. So because there is no antidote left it means the poison takes full effect on Mingyi. As Mingyi is now no longer of any use to the empress she orders for Mingyi to be killed before her true gender is revealed.
I don't know if the drama will take the same route though as they have deviated from the original story quite a bit.
Wait a minute… DaF?? 😳😳I just saw a comment on TikTok saying MY is a descendant of the Bo clan (tomorrow’s…
Oh yes, the empress is pure evil and really crazy, she has zero redeeming qualities. She gets her deserved end but I wish she suffered more.
Another spoiler from novel, but I don't think the drama will take this path. Don't read if you don't want a further spoiler from novel.
The reason why Bozai is in slave camp is because of Mingyi's father (he's the empresses advisor).
He had to give Mingyi up for the empress. Instead of disposing of Bozai as instructed by the empress, he put him in the slave camp as his personal revenge against the empress. Everything that the Empress did to Mingyi would also be inflicted on Bozai. So, because the Empress poisoned Mingyi as a child, that is why Bozai is also poisoned as a child because her father resented Mingyi's suffering at the hands of the empress.

There is no Bo clan in novels but there is a similar twist.
Minyi is not the real child of the empress. The Empress baby did not have spiritual veins (or so she thought), so she disposed of it and instead Mingyi (taken from a family of the Empress's clan) replaced her child because of her strong spiritual veins.
Bozai is the Empresses real son and is the true Prince.
In the novel, Mingyi feels somewhat indebted to Bozai because she found this out later as she was cast out after being poisoned.

Every photo that is released in this drama I am in just awe of her beauty, I keep saving each one.

MingHao: It's a happy ending
Lu Yuxiao: It's a very happy ending
MingHao: Both leads will always have people around to comfort them.
They also said in a different segment something like
After the heartbreak plot it's happy moments.

Bozai's true identity is revealed through novel and am assuming drama will take the same route.
