But immediately she acts clingy while disrespecting the man she married even if she fuc!ks with him. I don't know when he found the time to borrow money and I don't believe he already anticipated the death of Yoo and the attack on himself to prepare his lies. I think ML does the shady work of Yeom that nobody suspects and he does the expected work for President Cha. ML worked for Daesan and Mr Yeom. This is why he knew about their collusion regarding the slush fund and he said it himself, he skimmed off the fund meaning he stole a small part of the money and then he pretended to return it just to steal the whole money. The way ML and FL consider marriage and their behavior make them people with a wrong moral compass. Their initial love story was a lie. She lied to him about who she really is and he lied to her about his plan to steal money from a man unknowingly, her grandfather. She still does not know this part of him. And now they would accept that she is married to the prosecutor and he is her lover on the side? It makes little sense. Writers better find a proper way to explain how these two can get together in a decent and acceptable way.

ML officially worked for Daesan but he was an agent of Mr. Yeom who sent him to deal with the assembly hearing matter. Mr. Yeom and his henchman went after Manager Yoo and ML, but ML was already stealing from the National Patriotism Fund with the help of manager Yoo and Mr. Yeom did not know it. Then ML used the pretense of returning the money stolen to download a software to change the passcode of the destination account in Switzerland and take over the whole account. That's thievery. Why did he do that? Just to go live on a tropical island and drink cocktails?

As for the FL and the marriage matter, if marriage is not an institution, then why cry over it? When she married, he should have just laughed and called her the next day to meet at a hotel and have some good time together. Why was he so sad and then later he behaved like he did not care about this “detail”? This is bad characterization for him and for her too.
