At the beginning of the story, he is just a thief who manages to steal money from is mentor and despite the fact that his girlfriend betrayed him, he still called her to elope with him. That means his only motivation were money and his girl, married or not, he did not care. He was not a very great guy for me.

But the boat shooting made him loose his memories and after that, he remembers a different name for himself and a car accident. He and his lifesaver were confused and looked for the site of the car accident with no result. But when he saves Il Do from drowning, he remembers the guy tried to shoot him. So the car accident was another event. Why he never remembered that car accident and now it pops up in his dreams?

To me he has forgotten elements of his past and there are things in his past that he has to correct.

Totally expected but at least we are sure the truck crossed a red light just to hit her...

This drama drops infos. Maybe he only has partial recollection of his memories. I hope he does not only remember his recent past as a thief who stole money from his mentor and got dumped by his girl but also the memories of him as a child and who cared for for him and what his true origin is.

But he does not look like a child in the car... He is bigger than a teen.

Maybe they are both adopted from the orphanage... At this point of the drama, I would not even be surprised.

Did ML lost his memories three times? One from the boat incident, one from a car incident and one in his childhood? When did he become a servant of Daesan living with the Daesan heiress without knowing it? Why he decided to steal his own mentor? Now that he remembers everything, he will just take a plane ticket for abroad and spend the money he stole? I hope the story shitfs to a more logical and complex story instead of annoying discussions where one tries to screw all the others.

The story is becoming kind of messy with all these memory losses...

ML does not care because he loves "her" and she said to him she married for the shares so it means she is not in love with her husband. Since he was her bf all this time, I can understand that he does not care she is married or not and he believes he can talk her into eloping with him after he stole 2 trillion WON. Sadly for him...

For me there is a chance they end up together but the writers better be very good...

FL actions are so dumb and annoying. She lied to ML and hurt him with her despicable marriage move and her hurtful words. But she still lingers around him and treats her husband like dirt. To me after ep5 these two are just strangers to each other. They never knew what person the other one truly was.

I am glad I dropped the Impossible Heir after 3eps. Still holding on this one after 5eps.

Maybe... If it is the case they better come up with a good reason why he ended stealing his own father's money....

I hope the writers do not get lost among the different amesias they are writting....

I hated that she lied to ML about her identity and intentions (granted he lied too) and she hurt him badly with her actions and words when it was not necessary. Plus she treats her husband really bad with not respect at all. Her character is really dislikeable and it makes no sense because I do not see what is the profit of her betrayal.

I don't think so. There is a split moment when he is in the water and he has one flasback. It means he is not faking the amnesia but trying to find the rest of his memories. Curious to see how he will find the ones which also tell who he really is.

The most interesting part of this drama is that there is a mystery about the ML real origin. I hope he is not the son of Yeom Jang Seon. I wish for a solid story about his background not some silly dropping of infos. FL is very disappointing. You have made your bed? now you just lie in it. Why bother the ML after humiliating him? Why she does not keep on pursuing the reason she betrayed instead of behaving all worried about him. Bia!ch really mistreats ML and Prosecutor for nothing.

To me her actions are nonsensical. What she gained with her betrayal so far? Absolutely nothing but a status of married woman.

I like the amnesia thing. It rendered him less smart than the cunning guy he was but it revealed a past, an identity and events that can explain and trigger a lot of things. It is funny that the bad guys want something in his memory that he does not have anymore because he is someone else now.

After ep3 and 4, I think ML and FL liked each other but they did not love each other because they hid so many things one to the other. Each had its own little plan that they never discussed with the other. How can you be a couple behaving like that?

I am more lenient with ML because he looks like a petty thief who wanted to steal the money of powerful people and live hidding on an isolated island with his (married) lover but his story is finally more complex including a mix of identities.

The problem is FL. Why she hid things and betrayed the ML in such a cruel and nasty manner for some profit that do not give her any power or leverage. And she still wants to mingle with ML after that? Nonsense.

Still I am interested by the plot. Two last eps showed interesting developments and a tone quite funny with the lifesaver of ML.
