Kudos to Go Youn Jung for playing 4 different personalities and nailing it. Naksu, Jin Buyeon, Jin Seol Ran and…
She really impressed me here. I was so not sure about her being cast as FL for this part 2. I was bluffed by her performance.

Wanted to give a shout out to actor do sang woo. Wasnt entirely sure why his character was written into the show…
I wished his character/Jin Mu's soul got roasted slower so I could watch him really suffer.

As much as I want to see bad ass Naksu, I’m satisfied with the ending because when I think about it again, Cho…
I am also very pleased by the ending of Uk Yeong. I did not want the badass assassin back. It's good that she is in a body she can live in without going wild and she as the divine powers of the priestess. That make her and Uk even more compatible as action couple.

Naksu should regain power again to let us see her strength in a season 3, i'm just dreaming about it.
Maybe... After all, the ending suggests they are going into adventures.
Good last ep with lots of events, good action and good closure. The writer quite lead on the audience but it is ok. Overall the story is good and the duality of souls Bu Yeon/Naksu is pretty well explained and resolved. Good show overall despite some draggy parts an a few questionable behaviors from some main characters.

Will miss Uk and Yeong who where the best part of this part 2 and also all the fellow Alchemists here. Good bye and good luck. Will gladly see you on the occasion of new dramas!

Title Red Balloon
I am starting this just for Seo Ji Hye that I like since Dinner mate. After one ep I have to say it has silly scenes but the main characters are interesting. I am ready for any secret buried behind appearances. Please just no old cow eat young grass please.

I have the feeling part 2 was made because they could not conclude in part 1. It looks like an extension to wrap…
The plot in part 2 is quite thin. Everything could have been condense in one story and one part only.

Maybe they will show climax first and later elaborate how it reached that point. Unnecessary screenplay tricks…
That last stunt in ep 9 was so old chinese kung fu movie where the hero goes to fetch water and his master is killed by assassins...

CP is my favourite character
He is selfish and he changes side like an opportunist. He knew about Jin Mu's secret organization since along time and never bothered. He even let Jin Mu get rid of Jang Uk for him. Why he wants to be his friend now and trap Jin Mu?

Every episode is not boring. we may hate the FL choice but I get her, I wouldn't wanna date someone who i think…
Is level or status the real reason?

ML and FL do not know each other's background. Technically they are both clerks in a bank. They work at the same open office and sometime exchange roles and tasks. He is not so high compared to her. Also, he did not care about her status and level when he asked her out to a movie. She did not care his level or status when she agreed to go to movie and to meet again.

What happened that their blooming romance collapsed? Cowardice and anger.

ML was a coward because at some point, he had doubt he could have her as his gf in an office where people, who do not have a better status than her, look down on her, gossip about her, make insinuations about her love life, bully her, manipulate her... He would have hard time dealing with that. Then he brushed that feeling away and went to her. Too late.

Because she saw him walking back and it angered her since she was waiting for a long time already and he would not answer her message. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. She ran home and totally cancelled him and decided to remove him from her list of suitors despite she had a liking of him.

She drowned her liking of him and justified it with fake reasons about status and level, but the truth is she just put him in the same bag as all the ones who have been looking down on her and she hurt him when he did not deserve that treatment.

And the final nail in the coffin: she went to another man. She had two suitors. ML and SML. SML was trying to woo her and directly asked her out and she agreed to consider him. Because she was eyeing two men and chasing two rabbits at the same time, she immediately jumped on the second one after dropping the chase of the first one. This was the most shocking for the audience. But ok. It happens in real life too.

Poor ML. Must hurt badly.

ML's colleagues, no matter their status, they would not mind to date FL for fun. SFL has a higher status that ML and she still want to have him as her bf. Difference of level and status may be an issue in South Korean's society but here it is more an excuse for a lack of courage and patience.

She is the one who ostracized herself from her colleagues. She wanted to eat alone and do nothing with them. Technical…
Colleagues are colleagues. Friends are friends. Can't ppl make the difference?
