I agree ML is very immature. Playing a north korean country bumpkin is fine altough I think he is overplaying it... But when he is himself, he is such a brainless dude. I really do not see how he can woo the FL with his real or fake identity. Unless she is a bored noona looking for a young entertainment.
SFL is not so bad for me. I did not suspect she had a crush on ML at first. But I understand she is taking the whole scheme as an opportunity for her to be close to him and seduce him. Also she is not dumb but she has ideas and suggestions to contribute to the plan. She is not annoying for me and I wish her to find her right one.

She is a good person. I don't think she will turn into a villain even if she will see her love interest go to another woman. I expect her to find her own happiness.
ML's moral compass is quite questionable in ep15 and the way he works and orders shows that he is usually a loner. It's good that the FL sticked with her principles and made him think and he then did a smart move. She has at least a good influence on him.

It's not possible. ML was showed as a kid with his mom abandoning him in an amusement park. He cannot be that north korean kid who met the grandma when he was 10. Plus the real grandson has been found and identified as a thug and a smuggler living in China. This is why the secretary decided to hire an actor instead of going for the real grandson.
