But there is a wilder theory... that Nak Soo is the original soul of Mu Deok...

So far there can be an harem chasing after Mu Deok but the nice thing is Mu Deok does not loose sight of what really matters for her. The love triangles are silly and useless sometime but the main part is not there. It is not like Mu Deok is lost among her suitors. She knows exactly where she is going and so does the story.

I don't think the mirror is bad. The way it smirked at Jin Cho Yeon after she yelled at the pot. It was like "I know your real side, don't be so full of yourself... ". Also the way it welcomed Mu Deok like an old acquaintance and like she really knew her a long time ago... The mirror could be like a genius or a soul trapped behind a mirror and observing in secret all this time.

So far her goals were:

- to not die
- Get her powers back using Jang Uk
- Avenge her dead family from the four mage families
- Make her former master Jin Moo pay for abandonning her and ordering her killing.

The great thing about this drama and plotline is she does not know the complex truth about herself and about Uk. So she will amend her goals depending on what she will discover.

I believe Yul and Nak Soo met for a very short time only. Enough for him to fall in love with her but not enough for her to have feelings for him. The scene where shes asks for his wooden bird whistle tells it all. It is not a gift between lovers. It is a favor asked to a friend.

After that he left and suppressed his feelings and memories and she never cared about him anymore although she knew his identity while she was killing mages.

Good theory...

Maybe he was telling her : "Ok since you kidnapped me to live with you in this hut I will do what you want and go fishing and picking wild herbs... "

Or maybe he changed his mind because he found himself a new buddy... who ultimately told him he is crap to waste his potential...

If Nak Soo gets her powers back and she goes to slain the Queen and Jin Moo, CP will be on her path and it won't end well for him. Yul will fight to keep his frienship with Uk no matter what.

But have you noticed she called both Yul and CP "Anyone" when she gave all the pheasant's meat to Uk? I am not saying they have no chance. But they sure start from farther...

Mudeok doesn't seem to have any inclination for the CP and he might be smitten by her personality but his mom is the big evil so he will have to choose. He is fun but when confronted to the truth he will have to know where his principles are. I don't see any romance between the two of them but a tragic dilemma for the CP.

Love triangles is not necessarily sharing your partners. I agree there are often love triangles in korean dramas as they help to spice the plot but they are more "proper" than in other other asian drama where they are basically two timing, having skinship forced or voluntarily or bed together. Kdrama are more prude mushy on that matter and they rarely risk the FL kissing with one guy and ending with another. I only saw that in few kdramas. On the contrary of other asian drama, I have seen.. oh my god.. terrible horrendous love triangles.

I was surprised she was dragged inside but it does not mean the mirror is evil. I think it has its own "personality" looking at how he reacted when seeing the two Jin daugthers. It was able to recognize them for who they really are.

Yul did not melt her heart. She sent him away when she knew he was the family of her enemy. She knows Uk is also her enemy's son (She believes so). But he managed to steal her attention and make her care for him. She even gave all the pheasant's meat to him...

To soon to know if it is evil but I agree it recognizes people. I was wondering why it was smirking at Jin Cho Yeon but I understood after the stunt that silly girl pulled with the broken jade...

This Ep6 was a lot about romance and one sided love. It was fun and enjoyable anyway. Love how the story develops and reveals key elements bit by bit in a way to keep us even more hooked. CP also looked fun today. I only regret I watched the preview of ep7 which looks... the contrary of ep6. Now the wait will be even more difficult.

Whoah .... What a synopsis... deliciously convoluted. But where is the affair? She married some other guy?

I have not. I read some feedback and I was just not in the mood for a slow and sad melodrama. At least it is the impression I had from the reviews.

It seems that the theory that she is the Jin older daughter is correct. There are so many mysteries around her. Why she was lost or died. She is supposed to be blind too so what happens to her blindness after Nak Soo soul shifted in her body. I don't know is she was originally weak or if it is the result of a struggle with Nak Soo. But I am curious to know is she has inner powers that she can control or learn to control. But there is also this theory that Nak Soo is the original soul of Mu Deok.

The drama is fast paced so hopefully we will know more today.

Jin Mu confessed he practised alchemy of souls secretly and he told his minion to find an eunuch so that he can ship his soul. So surely he has mage powers.

Probably he had romantic feelings for her. But she only considered him a friendly acquaintance. She was already training to be an assassin. No time for romance and it is like she never missed him.
