I also still don't know what she is trying to achieve a part from trying to save her own life. Sad that after 15 eps she has no goal greater than escaping her enemies.

This whole thing between the CP an dJi Un has been dragging for too long and it is prejudiciable to the credibility of the romance which is taking a huge part in the drama.

Lately they have been trying to make the father more helping for Ji Un but for me he is just doing it as part of his plans. Even if he dies saving his son, I still wish he goes burn in hell. He is a children killer with no remorse.

I agree this part had potential to be great but so far ep 15, it is a non starter. Worse, Ji Un just crawled back to his daddy for the sake of his puppy Love. Maybe the writers are preparing a twist with the guy turning into Zorro at the last minute.

Just defend your opinion but be warned, others might have a different one and they will defend it too.

The problem is that the romance doesn't work for me. Because Ji Woon is very immature in term of Love. This is puppy love . The guy is totally infatuated to a person he doesn't know. He doesn't know her sex, her gender, her life, her past, her struggles, the challenges she is facing, the plans and schemes she is making to fight her enemies, what she wants to do in her life... The guy is just here "I know nothing about you but I love you and I am here at your service". That is too thin to make him endearing and to make the love believable. The guy is bland and if it was the other way around, she would be bland.

On the contrary, the palace plot side is good. It is credible. The Left State counselor is behind everything and the CP is scheming plans to counter him. Many other characters are involved in limited parts but it is enough to make the main scheme believable and I do wish to see how it unfolds.

Ji Woon was a very promising character at the beginning. They just misused him trying to promote an unconditional love that just look childish and not realistic to the point when they hug or kiss, it makes no sense. One is not even aware of the truth and reality of the other. This make them totally on different pages and this can't be Love.

I am stuck at ep 15. Can't find any interest in the ML anymore. The guy has become so bland and annoying with his puppy love for someone he knows nothing about and is uselessness in the main scheme. I guess I'll wait for the drama to end airing and will just binge watch.

Ji Un was like a little puppy drying to defend its master. He has no clue about anything. Not like Lee Hyun or commander Yoon or the Eunuch who are knowingly or unknowingly part of a bigger counter scheme led by Lee Hwi. Ji Un only knew about something because he followed her in secret and eavesdropped her discussion.

I was expecting a lot of from her. But seems like she is just a dummy. The worst thing is when CP said her (Noh Ha Kyung = new Queen) feelings are sincere and she (CP) could not treat her with lies.. but she just dragged her into the biggest lie lol.

Lee Hyun is trying to protect Lee Hwi because of his feelings and instinct. He is proactive in following guards on a hunch to find commander Yoon. He uses his blade and body to protect her. He colludes with the CP's private eunuch to try to threaten the idiot astrologist...

Ji Un was clueless. And all he learnt to trigger his brain again is because he stalked the CP...

I started to be really annoyed with Ji Un. The guy was so promising as a free spirited guy. rebellious, against the conventions and rules, caring about his people and keeping high his sense of justice. He just became a doormat and crawled back to his dad for the sake of his puppy love. Ep 14 he is finally using his brain again. Ep 14 loved Lee Hwi, Lee Hyun, the Eunuch, Ga on... Ji Un catching up at the end the the episode.

I do not mind a strong female lead and having love interest. I do mind a ML who was so promising in the begining but he becomes a doormat because of Love. Good thing ep 14 he starts to pull himself together again.

I agreed he did more than Ji Un recently. Too bad for him she does not have her eyes on him.

I am not bored by the drama. I like the schemes, the recent events, Commander Yoon, Lee Hyun and Ga on, even Left State Councilor... They make the plot advance. I am just disappointed that Ji Un is clueless...

The problem is not that it is long. For me it is that the two leads are on two different levels. One is facing terrible schemes and events and one is like lost in puppy love.

I am on Ep 13 and seriously Ji Un is more and more useless and boring. He is nowhere in the plot and schemes. Even Lee Hyun contributes more than him. At least Lee Hyun moves and tries. The guy Ji Un is mesmerized with his puppy love 24/7. The gap between the terrible events, the CP's situation and ML's ignorance is appalling.

Deok Ro is obviously very intrigued about Deok Im to the point he investigated her... He is surely interested. But in a kind of creepy way.

The main plot is a bit messy but the two main leads are cute and very fun so far.

Same here. The guy looks not a nice guy behind his nice facade.

People have a gender identity that need to be respected but they also have a biological gender that need to be taken into account. To say that they should be taken just for their words is a mistake and it is not what happens in real life.

If someone likes a person who claims herself as no gender, her biological gender and her physical features and characteristics will still be part of what make her lovable and attractive and explain that it is her and not someone else.

Again if someone says "I like you no matter you are white or black", The white or black is still part of the equation.
