Truth is we don't see him kissing the other girl. We hear her saying his '' move'' is disappointing. Maybe he kissed her on the cheek. Remember the girl who said all his actions are calculated. Maybe he wanted to provoke the FL to see how she would react and make sure of her being totally infatuated to him.

Toxicity would apply if the two sides were loosing sides but so far only see the FL behaving like a lamb walking straight to the slaughter house.
