HJP was not compassionate. He just had enough of a situation which is undermining him and his life. He saw that Do San is a nice guy who really loves Dal Mi and he knows she likes him. So he admitted that the game is over for him. The best thing he could do was to make Do San move towards Dal Mi because he made Do San misunderstood in the elevator. But at the same time he could not stir the sad past without having to explain himself or Grandma and so on... This is why he simply told him "you defeated the memories" when there are no memories.

Most important lesson: Don' bet on a horse because it has the eyes of a nice little puppy drenched by the rain.

Do San has his flaws. He is too nice, not confident enough, not assertive enough, he has too much empathy. The guy would cry in your stead if he could. But he really has a good heart, he is a genius with coding and he is motivated by people, not by results. I liked how he navigated against the personal and professionnal challenges he had to face to support and help people and Dal Mi made him leave so he can become successful with his talent, confident, assertive and stronger. Stronger but still not so bright with girls. He should have known Dal Mi still likes him without JiPyeong telling him anything.

This place has been called the most toxic comment section for a good reason. It was sad to see but some users have been plaguing this comment section with their hate and frustration and sarcasm since weeks. Good god it ends tomorrow. Let's enjoy the last ep.

This drama is a good 2020 Korean drama. Even with MDL new ratings. Comparing to all the korean drama 2020 which finished airing it has a good place and it is deserved.

It takes time for real fans to move away from a drama they liked so much. It often takes more than 2 weeks.

JiPyeong is going to make things clear with Dal Mi regarding the letters 15 years ago. I hope he will do things the right way.
