I skipped most of the London part because I cannot stop cringing at the way they speak English. It was so so bad.…
For me it is ok. I have heard worst accents from asians speaking english. lol. I think it is not very long and it should not be missed as they are developing some "things" that will be useful later and it gives a better understanding of what happens back in China.
After ep 7, I find it watchable but it is only the set up until all the characters reconnect. I hope they don't make it too angsty. Something light with a little bit of rivalry would be fine.
okay so I really enjoyed it till episode 14 or 13 BUT what! what went down after that and just WHY????
The drama keeps running out of ideas and originality and needs to close shop soon so the drama turns into a terrible melodrama which would have been acceptable without these last scenes from 54:16 which made the final... a big tasteless and annoying mockery of the audience by the writers.
You can watch until the last ep at the time 54:16 sharp! not 17! . The two last eps the drama fell into total cheap melodrama but it is still "acceptable" for the ones who developed an affection with the two leads. Beyond this point 54:16, the totally unjustified and ridiculous thing happens.
She knows the two boys like her. For me, she likes Arthit a little bit more but also she knows Thanon likes her…
I would be surprised if they become rivals for Paeng after fighting for Ling. Non never showed any particular attention not to mention affection for Paeng. But who knows? ...
So does she marry the crown prince or not? Because I really hate these plotlines where the female leads has to marry a prince or a king and leaves her lover and then she has a kid and then she finds back her lover and blablabla like King's woman or The Legend of Xiao Chuo.
Why Chinese drama has so many of stories? I know the idea is not chinese. Many asian culture say "If we dont belong to each other this life, let's belong to each other in the next life". But that's a very lousy way to be losers in the name of duty.
I will watch this because I am a fan of Bai Lu and I rate Allen Ren as a good actor. But please, do not make the story too convoluted with far fetched ideas. and useless bloody sacrifices.
She knows the two boys like her. For me, she likes Arthit a little bit more but also she knows Thanon likes her more than Arthit. Arthit is infatuated with her but Thanon is really invested to help her, care for her and he has taken a few steps ahead of Arthit. He made a few moves to be more involved in her life. Maybe all that made her feel bad and this is why she moved to england.
It was the right move for her. I am very curious to know how she will behave after she is back in Thailand.
Finally done watching ep.5 with subs. And whatever Paeng has done to Arthit is definitely unforgivable even though…
Surely Paeng has her share of responsibility forcing her obsession on Arthit and trying to force herself on him like a crazy lunatic and then accusing him of attempted rape. That's a serious matter.
But she is not to blame for everything. Arthit was not drunk to the point of not knowing what he was doing. He took his car himself out of anger. She did not made him drive. His parents should have stopped him. They knew he drank. And also, he was in a phone call while driving, something dangerous and illegal. He would have avoided the accident without that.
So for me he is the one responsible even if he was emotionally unstable because of her doings. Paeng must be blamed for her lies and she must redeem herself for that but she does not have to bear legal responsibility for the accident and for his situation. It is not like she provoked the accident.
They have a long road ahead of them before forgiveness and happiness.
This show is getting better and better. Paeng's scheme to enter Arthit's bed is so silly and crazy. I am glad we had our time jump and she did not hit a lower bottom. She managed to finish her studies and made good friends. Good thing. But Arthit lost his group of friends and his life went downhill... Looking forward to see their next clashes!
not everyone hating on Paeng like she doesn’t suffer from ptsd. if i were her i’d fight everyone too. from…
I also don't mind her strong personality and the fact that she would not take any shit from anyone. It is a good thing if you turn it into a quality but she is too young for the moment and she doesn't have the arguments and the good logic to properly defend herself. She is a little bit of a mess now. Agree she is kind of pitiful. I guess she has a great room of improvement.
I don't really throw the stone at Arthit. He is a good boy who wanted to help in taking care of her. He is right to ask Paeng to apologize because this often how kids get forgiven without the need of an explanation and he also gave her valuable advices to make friends even if it did not pay so far. He did not anticipate things would go out of hands with Paeng's situation. Apparently he will find plenty of reasons to hate her even more soon.
Paeng is a spoiled brat and she does not have the right attitude when she is scolded. She should let things cool…
I am also not defending the mother. I am just saying Peang is not her kid so she doesn't feel the need to make efforts.
Regarding the engagement, the first responsible is Peang's father. He should not have asked that from his friend and involve Arthit. He should just have asked for a promise to take care of his daughter untils she reaches the legal age.
We don't have the details of their death, maybe the dad knew his daughter would be alone soon and Arthit was always ready to help. Maybe he thought it was the only solution he had left but nowadays it is wrong to take the decision for the kids and Arthit doesn't love Peang. (Yes we know he will eat the words he said to her today:)
