It would be cool if they could resolve their misundestanding easily but she should not have made that lie. It showed how trivially she took their personal connexion and used it at her own advantage. Now what she is going to say? "Hey it was a joke"? Or she is going to tell him she purposedly lied to disrupt his ability to negociate?
I am afraid Li Ni and Marshal Cui Li are going to do very weird things if not sad things because of this lie.
Ep8, lieutenant He/Cui Lin is so mean. She perfectly knew Li Ni misunderstood the situation and this is why he said what he said but she used the situation to tell him a lie just to destabilizes him for the upcoming negociations. Mixing their personal matters in war matters is bad for these two.
Now the misunderstanding is going to generate more misunderstandings until tragedy maybe. Let's hope not but this and the fate of the maids have showed there will be bloody, annoying, outrageous developments.
So far I find it pretty funny especially the two leads, the gangsters, second leads like Tao Zi and Chang Er... but I agree there are some serious moments that might indicate that things will turn very serious and bad at some time. I just hope it does not end in a bloodbath.
After 6 episodes, this is less serious than I thought it would be. A lot of comedy and many adventures. Less palace plots and other schemes. As usual many moments of people talking the events instead of showing the events. But overall it is fun and entertaining.
Happy to see Xu Kai again after dropping a few of his latest drama. The two leads look more like buddies rather than lovers but I guess it is just the beginning.
I would make no sense for me if it is the case. It would mean he came back to 1995 to be doomed saving his father from becoming deaf. It would be unfair because he tried his best as a CODA even if it was difficult for him and becoming deaf after that would be unjust.
OMG the step mother is a psychopath but the dad is worse, I mean how did he let her do. It is not like he noticed nothing. Business trips were excuses to look away.
Woo Hak is Ki Ho since he has the flasback of his dad calling his name and entering his room. It is impossible…
After rewatching the flashback and based on other comments, it seems that Woo Hak is not Ki Ho but his brother... It is a theory for now. Probably the truth will be revealed sooner than later.

I had the same question. Wook Hak only told him Ki Ho sent flowers to Mok Ha. He did not mention they had an appointment to meet and did not say where. So how did Bo Geol get there? Mok Ha was already on the bus taking her to the meeting place. The only explanation is that Bo Geol understood it was his father who sent the flowers, and he knew where his father worked. So, he went to check on him and followed him to the meeting place.
