There is so much potential in these characters and a lot of possibilities for complex and interesting plots. They can make a franchise of it.

I did not feel too bad for him. He reaped what he sowed. That's what you get when you make a lady wait... I was proud that she took responsibility of her reckless decision and of her people. At least she grew up as a person.

But she is married now. That comes with a lot of implications and complications.

It clearly takes elements from Gone with the wind. Especially the age gap and maturity difference and the fact that he courts her when she has plenty of suitors. I am wondering if she will have several husbands too like in the movie.

Sadly, different culture, different consequences. Viewers might not really like her if she actually turns into a Korean version of Scarlett O'Hara.

He is the one who was cruel with her. Made her wait and never gave news when he was so happy playing his schemes far from her

Jang Hyun really thought he was doing the right thing by toying with her feelings like she will always be there waiting until it was too late for him. Sad joke on you boy.

Gil Chae took a terrible decision to marry a man she does not love because another man made her wait for nothing. Her recklessness blinded her again. At least she took responsibility for it. Now she is a married woman. The officer won the Lottery. Congrats to the newlyweds!

And last but not the least, I hope that traitor Ryang Eum will pay the price of his betrayal. Even if it was too late already.

Just finished the two last eps... OMG ... It is so dumb how they failed at being honest and straithtforward with their feelings. This is what happens when you procrastinate thinking you are using the right method. It is too late before you know it.

Plot is good for a movie but a 12eps drama? Curious to see what they are going to tell.

It is clear that he does not love her. Doesn't message her, call her, go to dates. He seems not interested by her so I agree he should not let the situation stall like that. The sooner he makes things clear and definitive, the better for them all.

Because ML talked to the red hand, I thought it was distinct from the others. But Maybe you are right it is the same hand.

I hardly believe a spell cured a genetic disease. Somewhere I believe ML will have to face the issue differently.

No it is not. In reality, many people including me loved the parents' streak of eps explaining their story and the origin of the children.

He told her he wants to break up but she said she needs time to process it and he gives her time. But she uses the time to cling on him instead of trying to accept his choice. He does not behave like he loves her but she is ok with it because she is deluded and can't accept the truth. This is going to backfire to the ML.

Spending multiple eps in a row entirely in backstory is absolutely no problem because it is "in a row". The difficult task was that within that row of eps there was multiple flashbacks. I mean flashbacks in the flashback. Still it is possible to keep track... If you watch it seriously.

But who knows? If S1 is a success they can make a S2 but they would need really good writers...

Nothing sure but he probably is.

No season 2 so far but who knows? It depends on how S1 fares to the end.

I agree the timeline is not so obvious because of the flashbacks. But I did not get lost. Maybe you did not watch it seriously....

Maybe ML really likes her but he wants to confirm if it is because of the love spell or if it is his true feelings?

I can't see this Love potion as the determining factor between them...

I was not convinced by the first two eps but as from ep3 it becomes better with a good interplay between the two main leads. The guy looks funnily schizophrenic the way he deals with his feelings towards her and she looks lost between her crush and the other guy who says he likes her but does he like her?

Try a few eps. Maybe you will like it... or not. ;)
