Wow! Feng Pingcheng truly surprised me. I didn't expect him to turn into such a jerky character. I thought the backstory would reveal more depth. Honestly, he loved her fierce independence but despised her resistance to him. Their story deserves a two-episode arc because there was definitely real love there. But why did she suddenly become hostile? What did she mean by saying FSG should choose to rule? That doesn't sit right with how succession works in the royal family. Both of them were clearly caught up in their pride, and it tore them apart.
They shouldn't have married to begin with. When he began his mission to build the nation, she should have voiced her desires for her role as Empress, and he his expectations. I dislike how stubborn she was with him, tho—he was willing to let her go finally, but not with their children.. I get that. He loves Xiyang (we saw that loud and clear), but the way he turned FSG against him, nurturing hatred—how could he do that? There are so many other ways he could have done that.
On top of that, he relied heavily on Marquis Murong and Prime Minister Zhuang. They proved their loyalty and service, so maybe he should have rewarded them with a fiefdom—like governors of a region—because of their loyalty. It could have changed the course of history for the better. His decision to kill PMZ's son was clearly to avenge the death of the Empress, lol.... but PMZ's son was wrong, tho... it smelled treason masked in ignorance.
I think the next episode will bring some major emotional moments cause i have a feeling he might betray his own…
Totally agree…. We may get more context on the late Empress death in tomorrows episode. FCH is been manipulated by his mum and grandpa. I trust FSG will show him mercy if he steps out of line.
Are you this needy of attention, putting a spoiler wont cost you your life
Take your foolishness elsewhere! There are spoilers all over this thread. You could have politely asked to use a tag instead of being rude. Also, the novel is right here on this same thread…
I hope Feng Xin Yang doesn't die! I just saw a clip of FSG holding her in his arms running while she was unconscious. I know she's naive but please let FSG not lose the only family he has left 🥲
XJ turned out to be a more notorious villain than I ever imagined! He actually owned the death camp?! What is going on here?
I suspect that the FSG sister might marry the emperor of Jinsha for some reason. In one of the trailers, she says, "Remember your brother is Feng Suige, the Killer God of Susha—you cannot fail." Plus, she’s also gets divorced from Xia Jinshi.
Right now, she's wildly in love, totally oblivious to everything else. She even steals a token that allows them to leave Susha—such a foolish, impulsive move driven by love.
She was younger and left in Step mom’s care… of course she became naive and as her brother said; she has not…
When you watch the trailers and the after credit scenes…. You can tell what's going to happen in key scenes… match the outfits with current episodes and you can tell.

The empress had to make sure she was harmless and easily controlled! Then, again, I see she suffered in 2 scenes after marrying the prince but later toughened up — so she may be hiding another side.

Everyone fell to the ground screaming “Peisha” but FSG stood tall 😂.. LU KE was even scared trying to pull him to kneel for mercy.
