I honestly love how they kept all the core and important storylines and core characters and made something kinda new with the same spirit of the original novel through an awesome storytelling 🥰

Here's the thing about the Zhu Yu drama : I kowtow to the original author, to the director and to the screenwriters 🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰
It's so good , rerereading the novel isn't enough anymore - I am gonna be rewatching this entire drama after it's aired for the rest of this spring and then every month and maybe by next year , maybe every other month .. I can feel the care and attention to the characters and to the actual actors - besides the amazing cinematography, the actual temperature of the emotion between the two main leads just blows my mind 🤧🤧🤧

I just need to say this , ep 17 ,literally five minutes in and I WAS NOT ready for this ( even if I read the novel ) and that framing scene 🔥🪵❄️with his words " You left me here , you end things so throughly " oh my goodness, I am literally crying- I ..it..they..oh my goodness 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 like he was left outside just beyond the glow of his warm fire 😭😭😭 and the song 🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧

I kinda think they will ,especially since in the most of the other two couples arcs happend kinda in the background, off the screen lets say ; Im the drama on the other hand both couple are more on screen and have their own storyline more shown .

She is , but the thing is we only learn that at the very very end of the story ,but I'm not sure if the drama will have that part ,especially with restrictions and censorship in cdramas

In the novel ,yes both couples have some things going on ,but I don't know how much or what exactly the drama would have adopted 😋
