There's so many but the only one i can think of rn is what is the ghost doing. It's a drama special like 1hr long, it's different to this but the only similarity is the FL gets sick after the break up and when ML realises it's too late.

is it something you can dismiss or is she so stupid that it ruins the show? the plot sounds interesting but everyone is saying the same about the FL
