The numbers 4 & 14 are associated with death for Cantonese-speaking Chinese people, as the words for these numbers sound like the words for “death” & “must die” . We have no 04 numbered apartments in the building neither, for example. We have losta Cantonese and Mandarin speakers in my Metro area...

For those who went through a weekly dose of BBS, do you regret you did not wait for the whole series to end for a binge-on experience, considering the emotional roller-coaster of a journey BBS took us on? Or, is this whole experience irreplaceable in you books?

That was my impression too. However, PatPran insisted on an AC room on their honeymoon trip, but it looked like one with a natural ventilation.
