Maybe it's just me, but this show has a strong BL triangle undercurrent, where Soo-Ho is the main object of affection, to the somewhat total oblivion of all the main protagonists, at least at the beginning. It's a warped jealousy that made Beom-Seok going after Soo-Ho with such a violent resolve imho. Who's scrolling Soo-Ho's SM pics with various shades of trepidation, if not Beom-Seok. Who's caressing comatose Soo-Ho's finger on the gym ring and having a meltdown... On the other hand, Shi-Eun spares Beom-Seok from an avalanche of punches after Beom-Seok murmurs about needing to understand him, to which Shi-Eun replies that he understands him, but also it should work in the other way too. I read it that both acknowledge openly they have feelings for Soo-Ho at that very moment. Btw, Soo-Ho must have been talking about Shi-Eun to his granny a lot, since she recognizes him in the hospital right away. In the end, also YY understands the situation and withdraws from the picture...
They better don't serve us a Triage idea rehash, or, even worse, a rip-off... I hope for unique and satisfying twists here and there... Fluke deserves better...
