Their brain doesn't work well because of the drugs I guess. That or they are just stupid.

They are making some prisoners work somewhere secretly which has to do with the industry of the Elder.
This industry is poisoning the river, that's why a bunch of birds died right away above the river. The prisoners fall sick because of that work, and they give them drugs to lessen the symptoms of what they have because of their work. The thing is those drugs worsen their health, and to keep hush about this, they take them to the hospital so that they die quietly without anyone knowing.

I'm pretty sure I read a webtoon similar to the sypnosis. I don't remember much, but the MC was a bit annoying, his love interest was much better. Idk if the drama is similar.

I've always wondered, are the experiments in the hospital really for the Elder? I know Gong Ji Hoon said that but what if it's not really the Elder who's behind this but someone else, and the Elder is just faking that it's him who wants those experiments to be done just to protect someone else.

He seems to have a deep affection to Hyun Joo Hee, I don't remember if they are related but he acts like a grandfather to her, he didn't like her marriage to the mayor at first.

I mean if an investigation from the police happens in the hospital and they discover the experiments, the first people who would be investigated and suspected would be the doctors and the director of the hospital, so Hyun Joo Hee first.

There is something fishy as to why the Elder seems to show affection to the director like a grandpa.

I've got people in my family who are taller. He's pretty tall, but it's also the others who are average/tall height I think, that's why he seems even taller. They are most likely between 173-180 cm while he's 186 cm. That changes the perspective.

It's quite obvious Miho is suspecting the Mayor but has to act clueless in front of him. There's a big saying " keep your friends close, and your enemies closer". That's what the mayor did by acting friendly to PCH and Miho, and now this is what Miho is doing too.

I watched it a long time ago. From what I remember, the beginning was great, I shipped the ML and the FL but I expected something else from a vampire drama. If I remember correctly, they aren't real vampires, it's because of a drug or something else that they turn into something like vampires, which was quite off putting.
