The amount of hatred and dragging Tay is facing on X is so overwhelming you'd think if the actual perpetrator faced even half the backlash he would be down on his knees by now. Many people on X have mass boycotted this series claiming their morals are too high to support a rapist "enabler", someone like Tay that has zero history of ever being problematic in his entire career of 10years in industry. He made a mistake, he apologized, used some vague terms because if he didn't that powerful family the rapist belongs to could sue him for defamation. He is facing the consequences too but the harassment seems never ending now. It's a sensitive issue he could've just decided not to engage with this case but oh well. But the morality judges on social media should know real world isn't black and white, it's grey and messy you can't just do whatever you want. Thailand's defamation laws are very brutal. But one slip and they have labeled him as a monster. Meanwhile the actual rapist is chilling in his mansion. Even the victim hasn't gotten half the attention the celebrities who liked the posts have. Other fandoms are saying that if their fav stays friends with Tay, they'll unstan. They want to isolate him as if he's the abuser. This is a scary world to live in. I really hope the victim can heal and get justice, he's been through hell but continues to be a good person. Takes immense strength to share such a huge trauma with no one to support him. I hope Tay also takes care of his mental health.

I'm gonna support it for the sake of everyone who worked hard for it. It's a team work by the actors, crew and is P'Jojo's own script that he waited so long to work on. Let's not forget that and show our support to them. They did nothing wrong. But if y'all don't wanna, I do understand.

Nani gave me such a whiplash in this episode. He looked so badass and hot while kicking asses I was fanning myself but then he went on to smile and blink like a babygirl at Sky, I instantly went into protective mama mode lmao

And that's your opinion. Not everyone is going to like over the top gimmicks it suits your taste that's good for you, congrats you're are the target audience. We are not. It lifted your spirits but made me cringe like anything. Media perception is subjective, you relate with it and found joy that's great but let's not stretch it into calling it a "deficiency of judgement" I can say the same for those who liked it. The high rating bluffed me into watching it and I did not enjoy it as much as I was expecting. My disappointment is as valid as your satisfaction.

So true!! Their chemistry was the saving grace, the villains surely sucked and were extremely one dimensional. But I still like it because Peterpan and Pond were so natural and hot together I want them to do another show as well with a better plotline.

And Sky said yes to Wu without even a script just because he wanted to work with Nani again so much haha. Gotta love their bond! They'll always be one of my favourite pairings ever too. They left a huge impact on me, the incredible chemistry, great acting, good bonding it just all fits so well. I think the unresolved tension has it's own charm in way too right? The fact that they are always just on the edge makes us want it more. That's why it hits better than many actual bls. Plus they can actually act. So many bl actors can't! I'm 99.9% sure they won't ever do a bl and will separate in the future but if they ever make up their minds to try just one bl and then leave it at that I'm here to eat that up! Honestly I get why they would prefer not to do a bl it really takes away a lot of creative freedom to choose different roles and you can't really pair up with anyone else as people can't digest seeing you with others. So I guess they don't want to be boxed in. Becoming a bl pair is a huge responsibility and comes with big pressure. But if they do just one bl and say that they're done I'll be very happy cuz wtf the chemistry is just too good hahah

I love how we're on exactly the same page about literally everything! I have thought about it often specially after A&A that how much more can the fans take all the edging and almosts? I love them and their shows but if I look at all this objectively, this mithapap-ship isn't going to last long. There are loyal fans for sure but it's a fact that most people tuned in because of the undeniable chemistry and have been looking forward to watching them in a more romantic subtext ever since hsf. SaintShin literally said and did everything lovers do except just asking each other "will you be my boyfriend?" The buzz was because of the chemistry, the "imina skynani" chant was straight up shipping and manifesting a bl from them. But they have continued to give bromances instead which is actually fine it's a nice change to have a hybrid ship that is more than friendship but less than lovers lol but most fans will eventually get tired of waiting and anticipating. So this won't last long for sure. It's hard to sustain the traction through unresolved tension in an industry where we're getting new bls with real romance every other day! The content of their shows is always good though(not sure about A&A). So they can last for as long as they bag strong scripts but it is still temporary.

I wonder what have they thought of the future but I guess for now they're just enjoying all the fame and money while also working together. They sure are very close and love each other's company. But the way they had individual photo uploads during line-up announcements, the mascots are different unlike other couples, they still very much identify as solo artists that are working together for now. That way would be much easier for them to separate later without any fallout. I think they'll move on to solo projects in future like Win and Nanon. They're just enjoying the present for now. I respect their decision and I'm actually impressed how much emotional impact they have made on people without ever doing a bl, it's extremely rare in such a competitive industry. But still as a bl girlie a tiny corner of my heart would be a bit sad about never getting to see them fall in love in a show and get a final resolution of all the chemistry and build up.

I had hopes that maybe they'll hint at a potential romance because Sky's face at the end of the pilot when Nani just grabs and kisses his cheek - he was just stupefied! But when they announced A&A it was announced under the category of straight shows 😭 I can't even defend them here if people call it queerbaiting because the plot is so romance coded it doesn't suit the bro-code at all 😭 ik it's unserious and a comedy but bfr! And tbh I understand if they don't want to do a bl, I'm more than cool and happy to see them together even without romance I don't think they owe us a bl BUT C'MON if y'all are ready to do a bl in a show and do almost kisses and "fake romance" just do a bl already and get it over with lol. Their shows always have a homoerotic tension, intentional or not idk if it's just me maybe it's just the amazing chemistry, it's their choice to keep it that way but doing an almost bl like in A&A but not a real bl is indeed a choice!

I really loved skynani in hsf and currently watching them in wu and loving it so far. I personally don't think these two shows were queerbaiting because one was about friendship and the other is about supernatural forces coming together and fated soulmates thingy. I can see it as "not romance" it's fine for me, although I do ship their characters everytime lol. I respect their boundaries and love their work. It's not necessary to become a fixed romance pair to work together imo. Y'all can be friends and act together multiple times as friends as well.

But I've been thinking about Arrest and Action lately and it's driving me crazy because how are they going to play the bromance and friendship card in such a bl coded premise? Two capable officers who hate each other’s guts are forced to do bl together while on a secret mission-- How does that sound like bromance? They'll hate each other and then act in gay romances and fight crime together, ofcourse they'll stop despising one another and grow closer only to end up as what? Best friends? What would be the purpose of all the emotional escalation then? Wouldn't it be very anti-climactic? It's so hard to pull this off in a bromance genre idk why they picked this script out of everything. I didn't give it much thought when the pilot came out but now that I think about it, this is not a trope where bromance can feel satisfying. Them ending up as best friends after doing a bl and getting shipped? I guess they took inspiration from their real lives with all the shipping that lead to them working together but are they doing bls irl? No. Then why make the characters do a bl at all? I can't understand. But I would be lying if I say I'm not looking forward to watching this hehe, it's skynani after all I'm weak for them TT

I think they'll be helping different people every episode, so there can be appearance of lgbtq+ people that way. If you have watched peaceful property you'd know. The main cast wasn't lgbt but in one episode forcebook were a gay couple so the tag here also could be because of that. I'm pretty sure iQiyi won't add the tag for SkyNani's characters. That would be stupid. Let's wait and watch.
