Well Beihai was a Poison Valley disciple, the most talented one. He just left them bc of his wife. I want to believe that Poison Master and Zhong meant to right past wrongs. That is why Zhong raised Beiming to fight for truth and justice the right way (the means don't justify the ends was his final most important message). And he left Bailong/Beikun with Poison Master to help him learn about medicine/poison so that he could find the antidote. I think they always meant for the bros to reunite. Whereas Yesha is out for the poison for diabolical reasons. I think there is a possibility he is Wu Lie bc he helped his emperor brother use the pill and sees it as military weapon and he wanted to kill everyone from Haiya to cover it up. We think Yesha is out for revenge but it is very possible he is actually only after the pill. The only reason I think he is not Yesha is he has been locked up and according to Huang Wuchang Yesha is at Haiya.

Well its hard to rewatch bc idk which episodes. I don't care so much about the older Miao bc he is dead. But where is the orphan he adopted Miao Yun? Has he even shown up?

I hope he doesn’t but if Bei Kun is the older kid he might remember something. It is also possible his master asked him to find Beiming. I hope/sense he is good and Yesha may have asked Old Bug to swap his poison to get Beiming to Haiya. For all this to work Yesha needs to bring them all together bc he is after the formula. I don’t think Old Bug could complete the formula so they needed the brothers to open the tomb. I am just surprised there was no ambush there.

No Zhong is Xueman’s father.

Yes I started to suspect that when Feng was able to unlock the door to Bei Hai’s tomb. And it makes sense bc Zhong left the key to his daughter for Beiming and Wu Shuang taught Feng how to open the tomb. But it’s a major plot spoiler. So one son should be able to cure the poison and the other solve the mystery of Haiya. I just hope Feng or his master is not also Yesha.

I never blamed the town's genocide on Bei Hai. But he did overestimate himself and launched a pill that he had not sufficiently tested for side effects. His so called super soldier backfired spectacularly in the worst way possible. Its like inventing a nuclear weapon that gets used against yourself. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Bei Hai was Oppenheimer. And the emperor was Truman. In the end, IMHO they were both complicit.

It would also explain why Beiming remembers nothing. The other kid looks old enough to remember something.
