Yeah XBM's father is the ultimate villain regardless of who Yesha actually is. Regardless of his motives, he tried to weaponize human beings. The idea of that in and of itself is like wow - total mad scientist. I follow where the drama is leading us but in my heart, I still hope that BOTH his sons atone for his sins. That Bei Kun is actually Zhuge Kongyun, a truth seeker and a good guy. And he and XBM are each other's greatest fans. That to me would be the best ending. Rather than XBM having to take down his brother from the same mother.

If that is the case maybe Yesha 1.0 was on that boat and he sacrificed himself to frame Beiming and force him to investigate the case. In that case Yesha 1.0 is dead and most likely Miao. Yesha 2.0 should be either the orphan he adopted or Tong Peng who may or may not also be Tong Shuang.
