Please - there is no imminent peril. All of the couple endings are forced as a consequence of the writer trying to write backwards. In any case, not here for romances that the drama failed to make me care about. Would have rated it higher if they turned BHH into a puppet instead of toying with the idea not once but twice and then chickening out.

Yes I know I am just saying her "death scene" had zero impact... As for SMY reaction - that was surreal. That is so NOT how anyone reacts to someone they thought died 12 years ago. But regardless... I don't care.
I am sorry to say I felt nothing when BHH died. Nothing. I just yawned like I yawned through most of her scenes. The role is not that badly written. I actually wish I dislike her bc that would mean I am at least reacting to her but I don't. I just couldn't care less - it is such a vapid portrayal that in 6 days, I will forget this character even exists even though I will remember the drama. One of the worst castings I have seen in a long time. On the other hand MYM was a much smaller role but it is one I will remember. Ironically, the ending is a lot better for me bc she didn't ride off into the sunset with SMY. Don't mean to offend anyone, just being honest.
What a tragic story. There is no more dangerous time in a teenage boy's life than when he thinks he can be hero. And top marks for persistence but let's be honest - they really that weren't such good cops. They never questioned the small boy. And no one ever asked why Tian Cheng was so desperate to get away. As for Tian Cheng I disliked her the most. She is incredibly selfish, the most selfish and entitled person in the entire story.

The son only confessed to send the cops on a wild goose chase while the girl got away. He knew he'd never get convicted without a body and that eventually he would be exonerated. Its kind of his Gan E's fault for telling him her picture was going to get faxed all over the place. But in the end it was the wicked wicked wicked man who told the bat shit crazy Liu Ke's dad that Dong Dong confessed to killing Liu Ke.
