Even in ep 47 when CSS confronted him all those shenanigans taking care on her revenge which actually only a facade for his even spiteful scheming, his response was appalling.
I really can’t pick a favorite episodes. Them all so meaningful.

Something like CSS and LBY maybe hanging out with their kids. Arguing what type of room they build for their home. LBY nagging about stitches work. A pinch of salty jealousy of ShanJian nitpick. A Fei just being A Fei. More LBY & CSS cuddles and serious “ILUVU” staring. Kisses too would be great though. Just the fun setting. I love all of their jokes. They all felt like a steady drip of giggles.
I just knew it. A good drama production speaks for itself, right.
And I found myself rewatching this drama from Ep1 all over again. Then fall in love with it again and again.
I shed tears like reeks of them and then hugged tight my RJ plush, this drama stories are BEAUTIFUL. Their rendition is absolutely perfect.
Very nervous to start tonight’s binge-watch, but it was money well-spent. Just lounging with a bowl of pop corns and pitcher of coke. Screening episodes per episode from 47 to end, sunk in devotedly. Pardon for the strong adjectives. I am just so pleased of how this journey ends.
It is perfection what Wu Lei and Zhao Lushi bring life into LBY and CSS. Then again the whole cast are marvelous.
Now is going to be hella hard to find next title a slight better than this one… I missed them already. It has been wonderful looking out for Tuesday…😁🍿
These clips of trailers are giving me serious goosebumps. It’s a great interpretation, assuming I’ve understood the novel plot. This production is spectacular.

The quality on each episode just kept adding up with greatness. Drama. Comedy. Romance. Thriller. Well balanced, it’s amazing.

Went back to rewatched that Meet-Me-Privately-One-Two-Three-Option ep 19 scenes. This may not be the “it” confession, however, it’s bold and bothering. Who does that, asking a girl what she wants to do in her future. Deep in a windbreak. On her engagement day. Hmmh, Bold.

I would not dare to phantom, to think, that anyone could gives soul and life to Ling Bu Yi and Cheng Shao Shang characters as brilliant as Wu Lei and Zhao Lushi.
Wu Lei and Zhao Lushi have nailed each scenes and goes beyond imagination. The way this couple would stare at each other from being stranger, crush and then the love of their life. Definitely adorable and wonderful.
When they fought, it dragged sadness with anxiety. When they put down flames and console each other is like the warmest Summer. When they’re in love, it is so intense and passionate that the seconds they’ve appeared on-screen was beaming with piercing adoring gazes and giddiness joy.
I went back to start from ep 1 yet again, just to get a good comprehension on ShanJian this time. This bro took it pretty bad with CSS in those early days, not even a genuine hint of crushing over a girl. Their bickering, he was only plan on teasing her so why went the extra miles.
Also, got myself a new perspective on LBY “love at first sight”. That General was done on day one the day he watched her carriage left. Sure the affirmation was that lantern night he finally spotted CSS. LBY pursuing CSS in the early days was too cute to handle. It is weird rewatching it, now that I know how it went. I got this glimpse of warmth eventhough he was cold.
Ep 40 got me almost stan for Team ShanJian. Mature and honest ShanJian is obviously going to be a stronger rival for LBY. With his Mom being so poised and wise, very earthy and sophisticated. She would be-friend well with CSS Mom. Since both ooze this calm but serious way of thinking. Yuan family looks very calm and organized which Cheng family could cope with.
Then again, this is Wu Lei that bring heart and soul to Ling Bu Yi’s character. His gaze is enough to brought my love cells back to Team Ling Bu Yi 😁. Either it is the death stare or sweet gazing, he makes the hearts beat faster.
I’m smitten and fallen deeper and deeper with his ability to incarnate to God of heartthrob... Surely his handsome face and proportional figures speaks itself and his husky voice would melt away all my sorrow in life... All the characters he has played thus far, has been so capturing, the sweetest and most enchanting.... I am a fan now
