no they are not 18 years apart and no they are not shown of the same age in the end. in 1998 siheon is 18 while junhee is 10. they are 8 years apart not 18. so in the ending scene of 2011, Junhee is 23 and siheon is 31.
after all the time travel and heavy plot dramas this year, im glad i can rest my brain while watching this. i know there are huge loopholes, nevertheless no mental effort needed whatsoever.

-siheon who is limping is the one who travels back to his original body which is in coma (2002) after siheon who is in yeonjun's body had a plan crash.
- siheon soul traveled to the future after that bus accident and went into yeonjun's dead body (2007) reviving him. this siheon goes and finds junhee, falls in love and eventually meet the limping siheon at the airport in 2022.
- so technically there were two siheon's from the year 2007-2022.
