I decided to continue this drama and I'm glad I did. I'm getting attached to the characters. And I'm loving the secondary couple, but I wish they had more screentime (the middle sister's storyline). Does anyone know any drama with a couple like them?I just know Crash Landing On You.

I've seen too many spoilers and ended up stopping at episode 5, it took me a long time before I could finally…
I'm stuck at episode 5 for the same reason

These last two episodes were so good! I didn't expect to fall in love with this drama this much, especially considering that the beginning didn't get me that excited. But I enjoyed episodes 3 and 4 so much that I can't wait for the next one. I'm loving the countryside scenes; they’re making me think of Stardew Valley. The female lead's desperation to be productive on her sells and achieve her goals also made me feel like I was watching myself play the game lol. The uplifting OST might be another thing that gives me Stardew vibes. Aside from that, the drama doesn't really have anything else in common with it, but since it's my favorite game, I can't help making comparisons. Besides that, I'm loving the leads' chemistry and the humor of this drama. I also knew the female lead's sleep issues would lead to great scenes! Since The First Frost, I've been waiting for another drama that explores this topic, and I'm happy that I'm enjoying this one.

It's that time of year for a summer, healing drama. But is it really this boring? I'm afraid to start. I don't…
I didn't enjoy the first episode, but the second was slightly better to me and I decided to keep watching. I also suggest you give it a try. Maybe it will be for you

I really hope this one will be good!

I complained about Head Over Heels' later episodes, but I really enjoyed many things about the drama, especially the humor, the fantastical elements, and the characters (but I wish the drama had more time to show them and the friendships).

And this one seems like something I'm going to enjoy.

After episode 8, the drama kind of fell off for me. It left so many holes, and episodes 10-12 felt rushed, like a lot of elements were cut from the story. I’ve heard it was originally planned for 16 episodes, but the writer was asked to cut it down to 12, and honestly, I can believe that, considering how the last 4 episodes went.

I enjoy dramas with 12 episodes too, but I hope this one was planned to have that number, and not that it was forced to fit it after the story was already written.

I hope this drama won't be affected by the number of episodes (12 instead of 16) like Head Over Heels was

The romance was unnecessary and felt forced. My mini-review/spoiler: I wish they had focused more on the family…
I completely agree.

I also loved your Shinobu profile pic

I don't know. I wan't to like this drama but the lead actress has a range of nil. I mean, her acting is precisely…
I'm having the same thought, but about Lee Jong Suk... (I'm currently on episode 2)

A cdrama of Gekkan Shoujo!!!!

For those who don't know the anime or the manga, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun (Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun) is a story that satirizes shoujo, the manga demographic aimed at girls. It plays with familiar tropes often found in shoujo stories in a really funny way. It follows a girl who confesses her feelings to her crush, only to find out he’s a shoujo manga artist and completely oblivious. He constantly misreads her intentions, which leads to a lot of silly and entertaining situations. I haven’t seen the cdrama yet, but I’m definitely curious to check it out, since I loved the anime (it made me laugh so much).

i dropped this a long time ago, but picked it up again and now i'm addicted lol
I dropped it too after 2 episodes about a year ago, but I’ve been thinking of giving it a second chance since the themes are exactly my thing. I just remember feeling kind of bored the first time. Did it work for you right away the second time, or did it take a few episodes to get into it?

I need more dramas with characters like Lee Ik Jun from hosplay and Um Jaeil... Extroverted, charismatic, friendly, sociable, playful.

I can't explain how much comfort and happiness this drama is giving me. I wish I could find something similar to watch while waiting for new episodes. I love this kind of drama—cozy, without too many surprises, just personal and work life unfolding in front of your eyes, with characters having funny interactions, emotional moments, and growing along the way...
That's why I love Shin PD's dramas. They feel so real, but without being depressing.
