Well, you can't count this as 100% payback as Qiao Man doing it for another purpose. (To secure her clan safety)
After getting married, Qiao Man use her beauty and softeness to make Wei Shao dancing on her palm and the peak of this act was Boya's Campaign, where she told her sister to borrow Wei Shao envoy to make a fake move, and snatch Boya as Qiao Clan's territory.
This move pissed Wei Shao, forced him to make another move (Another expedition similar to how he got Xindu, though this one is more revenge than Subjugation campaign).
But later, Qiao Man's nature that like to deceive and scheming against Wei Shao get toned down after a deep talk with Grandma Wei.

Yeah. Seeing how Wei Yan bid his farewell alone, far from Yujun's gate/territory, I think he do it on purpose as a warning to Su E Huang that he knew the mastermind and remind her to be careful.

I think Wei Yan know about Su E Huang is the one behind the wheat's case.
Possibly, he will share it with Wei Shao in the future.
But, I might be wrong about this. This just my thought purely.

Tbh, that scene truly awful if we look at woman's POV. In her wedding, being ashamed and not appreciated are already worst, but on top of that, she also being forced to abandon her identity as Qiao and learn to be a Wei, is just a heartbreaking moment especially if we remember her Grandpa's news (She supposed to mourning her family but need to get married insted). Sigh. 😭
But don't worry, she have her payback later. Hahahaha. 😅

At first, the marriage is not important. After all, Wei Shao already has the seal like you said. But he missed a crucial step, a key figure to make the Panyi's people to obey.
Wei Shao only realized this part after he heard the news that Prince Liu Yan managed to go inside Panyi with the help of Qiao Man.
This is the first factor, which made Wei Shao started to consider the marriage, but not fully convinced and decided to confront Prince Liu Yan first.
After the battle in Panyi with Prince Liu Yan, Wei Shao realized the quality of Qiao Man as human being. Not as Qiao. Her care for people touched his essence as a lord.
As a leader, the well being of his people is more important than his ego or hatred or even revenge.
Qiao Man' act to save Wei from suffering in the hand of Prince Liu Yan is a plus on Wei Shao's impression. This softened his heart despite his dislike of Qiao Clan.
not just that, he also learn from previous experience in Xindu, without a key figure, moving those people to do what he want is impossible despite his triumph over Li Su.
He also don't want to rule with fear as if that is the same how Li Su did after defeating his grandpa.
Thus with those points, he let go the hatred a bit and decided to marry Qiao Man, to make it easier to rule Panyi and also as a grateful gesture for saving Wei from Prince Liu Yan's plan.
Is the hatred resolved? Unlikely.
In their wedding, Qiao Man get insulted by Wei Shao through the process, as his hatred not completely dissapear.

Shadow Love and Fated Heart has the same timeline with how ADWAD filming's schedule. And both already has the distribution licenses. 😂

I think that part like a testing the water by Wei Yan. He just try to see what a simple discord can do to their relationship.
So, it solved easily. Wei Yan hide it in A vase, Qiao Man's panic and decide to be honest with her husband. Wei Shao decide to calm his wife, and beg Wei Yan to give me the rough jade.
Next day, Wei Yan decide to end his prank. Give the Bracelet Jade back to Qiao Man.
Qiao Man then share the good news without knowing Wei Shao already made a new one with Wei Yan's jade. (Qiao Man will know later about this.)

Besides that, I said it before, this Wei Qu didn't have order by Wei Shao to act according to the situation. He just being ordered to sent the supply in friendly manner and probe the situation. Therefore, any other action is probihited. This is the military rule.
Using flying communication take time longer than you think, because they didn't assemble commucation line between the garrison. Why? Because their purpose is not taking Boya in the first place. It's friendly visit initially after all.

No. You got it wrong here.
First, Wei Qu know well the implication raising the banner. It mean that, Boya will belong to whoever banner being put there.
He should capable to catch the gist of it. The reason he didn't stop them it's because time.
You said he need to stall time to ask his lord, but you forgot, Boya can't be unowned more than a day. Any single minute is precious.
Because if they stall time, the defeated General of Bianzhu will coming and try to subjugate Boya instead, after suspicious why there's no banner raised after they retreat.
if that happen, Boya will fall apart even when they have Bi Zhi and Wei Qu in there. They army just a friction compared to that Binzhu's General, which I predict must have thousands.
That's why Wei Qu let Qiao Fan raise Qiao's Flag in speechless and hopeless manner.

I dissagree. Boya's incident instead show how Wei Qu's loyalty and strict military trait make Wei Shao loss the wits battle.
Before, Wei Shao order Wei Qu to just sent supply and came to Boya as friendly visit and probe, not to make suspicious act or doing anything that indicate Wei want to attack or attack Boya. Wei Shao didn't say to act according the situation, leading Wei Qu holding the order until the end.
Thus, If Wei Qu allow Wei's flag used in Boya, this complicate his military order. As someone at the level of him, making decision alone in that situation is a big no. No matter how much he know it's not good to allow the Qiao flag stood on there.
Wei Qu already being showcased as the loyal vassal that always follow the order of Wei Shao, no matter how dumb it is.

2) Show earn money from subscription, making those platform have the budget to produce another dramas. If those platform not earning any money, what will happen? They goes bankrupt and closed the service. When that happen? CAN YOU EVEN WATCH DRAMAS ANYMORE? YOU CAN"T! Even if you want piracy it, you can't since they no longer making dramas, because it no longer bring profit.
3) I SAID IT BEFORE, if they not get profit, DO YOU THINK THEY WILL MAKE DRAMAS IN THE FUTURE? There many case out there, where platform that bring convinience for us got shutdown because didn't bring any profit. DO YOU KNOW WHY? Because Piracy!
4) Advertising, sponsorships, and merchandise, Really? How much did you think those 3 aspects can bring revenue for the platform? When watching the dramas itself needed piracy for it?
ALSO, not all drama can have merchandise, since it require money to produce it.
Sponsoship? How can they track their sponsorship is effective or not, when you people watch by pirating it?
Advertising? They look at the official viewershipt on the OFFICIAL PLATFORM. NOT FROM ILLEGAL SITE.
