See this show is popular and imo its the best historical/fantasy show ever, so why can’t viki or dramafever see that. I think Viki already have the license but still it took them way too long and there’s really not much news about it there.

Ik I saw many comments complaining about it and I get people don’t like it when things aren’t what they’ve read but honestly it’s an adaption so it can’t just be the same. But still I’ll wait till it’s half way done before starting.

Same the characters in this show are very enjoyable where as the novel isn’t it just leaves you not liking some characters much. This adaption definitely surpasses the novel which is rare I haven’t seen any adaption that’s better than the novel yet.

Yea Jin Mi and Xu Feng mutually cultivated and ren you found out by seeing her dreams through the little deer. And same he’s a sweet person in the beginning but things just pushed him to the point where he started to do mean things.

I feel bad for night too he’s tortured since kid from the trailer and his “parents” dont love him at all while Phoenix over there gets all the love and attention. I feel like he cares for Phoenix since he did risk his life in the beginning a few times to try to save pheonix. The brothers have bromance since it’s obvious they both care for each other a lot in the beginning. And most importantly he only started the first “war” was because of how he hated his father the heavenly emperor. I don’t think he would’ve tried to get pheonix killed if he never knew about Jin Mi and pheonix’s love/mutual cultivation, since he too is in love with Jin Mi.

She did get smarter but then again she’s still naive because no one was there to teach her anything since zi xuan was dead.
