Seo Ji Hoon is the main reason why I would consider watching this drama because he is one of my favorites too, but I'm not sure about the screenwriter because Run On was not really of my liking...

In this series his character is a little different, but a very good person. I'm sure you'll get fond of him too.

Even though the poll is closed, now I'd like to mention the c-drama Twelve Letters, one of the best in 2025.

I also liked her acting in other dramas. In fact the main cast in this drama is good. I started it for them (Jung Il Woo, Yoon Hyun Min and her. And also Son Sang Yeon, who plays ML's brother).

Totally. One of the best dramas this year, imo. The script is so good! I wonder why it is so underrated here. Maybe people were expecting a rom-com, which it isn't at all. It is a "dramedy", slice-of-life, or realistic comedy.

I think it was actually very good. A solid 8'5 for me. I have to like a show a lot to give that rating.

I wouldn't really recommend it, but if you are interested in romances, there are three potential couples.

I agree that Seong Jae eventually will be paired to Su Bin, even though I don't like that couple. But I don't like him with Eun Oh either 😅

I don't really see any problem with that, really. It would be different if they had been raised as brother and sister (like Eun Oh and her non biological brother). Seong Jae has never treated his step-mother as a mother, anyways.

So he can have romantic feelings for Eun Oh. In fact he does.
When he learns who is Eun Oh's biological mother, probably he will be still in love with her and there is no problem with that. The only problem is that she is not in love with him.

Unfortunately, comedy is still considered a minor genre. Maybe not so much in films, but certainly in TV series. For example, A Dream Within a Dream is a fantastic comedy, but many people didn't understand it.

I've also noticed that all series are generally declining in ratings lately, even those that are several years old. From time to time, I check the ratings of some older series, and they've all been losing a few decimal points for about a year now. I don't know if the algorithm that calculates the ratings is doing it differently now.

Maybe the novel readers are downrating it because of the differences they find with the original source. I have not read the novel. I liked the first two episodes of the show. They were funny and entertaining.
