Fortunately it seems way better to me than Another Miss Oh or at least I'm enjoying it more. I'm having a good time with this drama. I agree with you: more well written rom-coms are needed.

You could give Prison Playbook a try. It's a great drama.
If you like Prison Playbook (a beautiful drama: 10/10) probably you would like other dramas from the same team of PD and writers as Hospital Playlist (which I have already watched), or Reply series (which I haven't watched yet).
Other slice-of-life series I loved (with many characters and good script): Flower Boy Next Door, My unfamiliar family, At a distance spring is green, Misaeng, C-drama Meet Yourself...

I loved Queen Seon Deok, which I watched last year. It took me around a month but it worthed it totally. A beautiful series. Really addictive too.
Now I am watching Six Flying Dragons. The first 12 episodes were hard, too much politics, lots of characters, and slow paced, so I kept this drama on hold for a while and watched other series. I have just watched episode 16 and it is getting more interesting and fast (34 episodes to go yet).
