Different personality… same result of none of them caring about the job in a proper way. One was eager to came first, one was eager to get a diagnosis, one doesn’t want to be there, and one was more interested in her rivals failure. The base cliché is the same for all of them, they have to learn how to care about patients, having different personality doesn’t cancel the one dimensional characterization for all the leads.
