Japan has actually made some of the best BL/LGBTQ+ films/dramas so I'm not sure what you're watching. (And actually,…
Aw man, you've really had a time of it! I hope that you'll still be able to have fun and/or have some meaningful times during the rest of the year even if you really wanted to be somewhere else!
I've been on Twitter before but when I left Facebook, I also left Twitter (and I'm no fan of Elon Musk so I'll probably stay off Twitter permanently.) I am on a few other social media sites, including trying to figure out Discord, where it seems a bunch of drama fans are right now. Do you have a social media site that you prefer?
Also, please feel free to write me a direct message on here - there are a few other folks that I have long extended conversations with over MDL direct message. :-)
PLEASE see this as a petition to watch CONFESSION, an amazingly well written legal drama which has an absolutely…
Ok, so seriously you and I have the same taste in dramas (and in leading men!!) π₯°π I also really loved Confession and agree with your mini-review here. More people should see this drama!
There are several other couples in dramaland that have worked together at least three times. I'll list them above…
In Mare Kento and Tao were the main characters, not supporting. (Tao was literally Mare.) As to your other points, we'll just have to wait and see if we've forgotten anyone else. (But I also would disagree with not counting a sequel as a drama and not counting a film, but ultimately it doesn't really matter.)
Here are some other folks who have worked together as the main couple at least three times: *Yamazaki Kento and Tsuchiya Tao (Mare, Orange, Alice in Borderland and Alice in Borderland 2 when it comes out in Dec.) *Xing Zhao Lin and Liang Jie (they've worked together four times! You Are My Destiny, and The Eternal Love 1, 2, & 3)
I feel like there is a Taiwanese couple that's worked together at least three times, but I'm not remembering them right now. I'm excited for the Jang Hyuk/Jang Na Ra pairing though!
I remember reading somewhere she said it's because she can't write romance
I think it's because she doesn't want to. She's been quoted as saying: βI want to do science fiction in the future, not romantic comedies.β Let her do what she's best at.
Dean made this list at #54!!https://getpocket.com/explore/item/the-100-best-worst-and-strangest-sherlock-holmes-portrayals-of-all-time-ranked?utm_source=pocket-newtab
It was the strangest list! I was also appalled that Benedict wasn't at number one, but I did learn a lot about all the different adaptations for the last hundred years! (And I still need to watch both Japanese adaptations as well.)
