I am struggling to get through episode 1. I definitely want to get through this though because I'm looking forward to comparing(bc i see people comparing it often) it with Love Scenery which I enjoyed and I love gaming.

I completely agree with what you were saying about the younger brother bit. It felt random.. I don't think they even needed that part as well as the part with her mom abandoning Ryan. They should've left it at the mom getting into the car accident & Ryan learning to heal his old wounds of feeling abandoned. Episode 13 could've very much been the last episode for me lol

Such a funny drama. I was excited to see one of my favorite actresses again (Min Young) and I'm glad I finally took a chance on this drama. It took me so long to watch this because from the plot I didn't think I would like it, but it made me laugh and it sure made me smile. After about episode 13 it seemed to drag a little bit and introduce what I felt unnecessary storylines which makes my rating a bit lower than I was originally thinking, but it's still a very good watch. 7.5/10 <3

Also, One is so handsome! I didn't even know he was in this drama, i was sitting there watching this for a couple episodes thinking Si-an really looks like the rapper, One. & this whole time it was actually him haha.

I really enjoyed this one. I was looking for something light anyway since I watch alot of historical romance dramas. I'm going to have to watch YAMG since there are a lot of comments here comparing that to this but, honestly I think this drama is good enough. There's many cute scenes that I loved with the leads. I skipped around alot of the gaming scenes just because they were so frequent/long but I thought the costumes and themes were great as well. I didn't really think too deeply about the unrealistic movements in the game, i was more focused on how their friendship developed online into the real world, and i felt they did an excellent job potraying that gradually change from friendship into lovers. I also skipped around ma shan shan because I just wasn't interested with her character. I rate it a 8/10 .

Kim Seon Ho is absolutely gorgeous when he smiles. I melt everytime. I will seriously miss this drama, it’s a gem.

Just finished this drama and it made me feel so many emotions, (as i already knew it would judging from the trailer). I cried, I laughed, I smiled and cried again. It's been some time since a drama actually made me cry. 9/10.

Note of advice to people that will watch this for the first time, try NOT to read the plot here on MDL. It will spoil the entire show from beginning to end. If you need a synopsis, maybe just watch the trailer instead.

I wouldn’t watch it again, the last 12-16 episodes were torture for me. I wish she would’ve realized that he could only want her and then the last episode would’ve been spent with them two living their lives anew rather than her running away from her feelings until the last few minutes. It was an okay drama, the best i can give it is 6.5/10 because of the laughs I had while watching.

OMG yes, the cave scene is my absolute favorite as well. When Si Feng thought she removed his curse initially, his smile was so precious. That scene was really good.

Finished the drama and i’m like 90% pleased with the ending. There seems to be some plot holes here, like how Tao Yao is able to be revived?

And also missed the opportunity to give us a good farewell to the couple Prince Che and Caiquain. I would’ve loved to see how Prince Che survived and her reaction to seeing him alive.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to see that.

If only i had a dollar for how many times Xuan Ji says si feng in here. I’d be a millionaire lol

I really loved this drama. If I do rewatch, i’m skipping all those scenes where they tore poor Si Feng up. He was always being tortured. Poor guy never got a break.

I am currently on episode 51 and I have got to say that I really do like/enjoy this drama. If I had any critiques from where I am currently, it would be I wish that they'd spent more time developing the relationship between Qing Cheng and Yuan Ling in the beginning episodes. I say this because, there were minimal scenes in the beginning up until QC initiated the time travel to create a new timeline. I feel like the story begins to drag between episodes 35-50 which they could've used to show us more of the "why" QC and YL love eachother so much (starting with the previous timeline, not the current).

I struggled during the first five episodes of watching this drama because I just couldn't figure out how they were so infatuated with eachother when they'd only been in minimal scenes together. I wish they'd used that time in the beginning of the series to fully develop their relationship so that we are able to feel for the characters more. In addition to that, remember when QC's master died in the original timeline? i didn't feel a thing for that character's death because again, the beginning episodes didn't really give us enough time to resonate with the characters. Everything was just moving too quickly and then bam we had the time travel and then YL had to get to know QC all over again.

I much prefer the current timeline than the past one because we actually get to see YL fall in love with QC. (Obviously since there are way more episodes dedicated to the current timeline).

I say all of this to say that while I'm glad I continued watching the series past the first few episodes, I wish that they didn't do so much dragging in the middle of the series to make up for the amount of speed in the beginning of the series.

Not sure if it’s just me but i’ve reached episode three and I’m completely lost. How is the FL already infatuated with Yuan Ling? How did her master entrust her to Yuan Ling already and they basically just met..

Unless there was some sort of timeskip that we just didn’t see. I’m not understanding how they’ve progressed this quickly in such minimal scenes together.

*UPDATE*

Currently on episode 8 and i'm starting to like it now as now she's reset time and they've met again. Honestly, I think I didn't like the first five episodes because it was so hard for me to believe that they just fell in love at such minimal interactions with each other. Now that they're actually spending more time together, I can see why romance will bloom between them.

i will be erasing the last few minutes of the final episode from my head because wtf. The ending was literally fine until that.

I'm close to finishing and I still feel that her falling in love with him was weird. She fell in love with him at first sight and this was her first love. What about him made her fall in love with him at first sight? She didn't even know him and majority of the time he had this serious/angry face lol. Idk, those first three episodes just weren't my cup of tea.
