Yeah there are two versions floating around, I think this drama was a bit of a black horse, they didn't anticipate that many people to like it so originally it was just one season, perhaps they saw how popular it was and decided it was worth making a 2nd season of it? Well in chinese it roughly translates to see you again/Until next time instead of finished so I assume there will be a 2nd season.
She's not indecisive; she tells the 2nd male lead that she doesn't love him anymore right from the start....until she loses her memory. I would say the torture isn't very long as it's kind of broken up and we know that they still both love and protect each other despite everything going on.
I think the eng subs from i drama u are fine but as it's translated by a human it's taking a bit more time but yes the one that has the fastest eng subs out are done by machine (no surprise really). I think the subs for romance of hua rong has been changed they seem a lot better now at least for the first few that I checked
