When viki picks it up, it usually always gets translated but viki does not get all dramas licensed and I am not…
Planning to pick this up and hopefully should get first episode subbed by the end of this week, if anyone is interested in helping me out get this out faster, feel free to contact me (you don't have to understand chinese)
Almost finished my current project Young blood so will be picking this up next. Hopefully I will be able to get the first episode of this subbed by the end of this week so it should be available on my website: https://productiveprocrastination.site/
This is going to be my next project because I just love any drama that's about food
Yes, there are some dishes that we still eat today like the cantaloupe prawn dishes , the chicken wings, and the glutinous rice balls (just using modern equipment) And some of the techniques such as pouring hot oil on steamed fish is also another thing we do. Well at least I do it anyway. If you're someone who can stand that often fishy taste you get from fish sometimes, steaming it with ginger and green onions and then right at the end when it's about to be cooked pour about a ladle full of oil on top gets rid of that taste.
Someone else is translating it to English simultaneously and posting higher quality videos on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLW7iybOkLJkm-2pMKbKcgZGjWrJvFaBxT

I think there's some on youtube but it's the rapid version
For the subs: I will upload them on my website: here: https://productiveprocrastination.site/
You will also find all the fully subbed episodes for Chef Fang there too (if you didn't know)
