I liked the drama, it was not the best drama ever but also enjoyable. There ais also a plot twist... maybe the first few episodes are a bit boring but after those it will become interesting
yes, Flower of Evil is drop dead boring compared to Cruel City.
It’s another kind of crime drama. Cruel City is more centered about gangsters, money, and criminality… there is no serial killing… so it depends also if you like this kind of drama. The last few episodes are a bit draggy but I loved it anyway ♥️

I think The Love Proposal is a remake or maybe it is inspired by Ruk Nee Jae Jad Hai (2014), but I dind't watch it so I don't know if there are big differences
Not the best drama out there but also not the worst, but how can you skip Lee Min ki in a detective role? Yes you can't! It was funny and enjoyable, with a lot of plot twists! I expected more romance so I'm a little bit disappointed.
