I would not be surprised if there had been conspiracies and betrayal in the Feng royal lineage. Feng grew up oblivious of the traps and pitfalls of being the supreme ruler, and allowed Zhuang to eliminate his beloved wife.

The drama plot really became unhinged. I haven't watched ep 28. So far, the drama plot seemed plausible, for entertainment purposes, but this development with Sui Ge is off the radar.

In the beginning, the one voted most unlikely to turn rogue, would be Murong Zhong. He bided his time. I wonder how long he will control the stage. He would make a great Shakespearean character.

The bloodletting is endless. I can't wait for Empress Zhuang's turn. This like watching a Shakespeare drama, or as someone mentioned earlier, Game of Thrones. The actor who is missing from this drama is Sean Bean. LOL

Do you refer to the older actors? They really know their acting stuff. They probably went out for drinks after filming their angst scenes, and had a good laugh.

Watching Emperor Feng's mood swings was like watching a tennis game. Was he more unhinged than Zhuang Shen? Now, it's Murong Zhong's turn. Muahahaha! The character actors are falling, one after the other. Soon, the only one left will be Minister of Rites, the comedian.

Didn't he have four more days to live? She could have waited.

LOL The queue has grown. I am glad Jinxiu is far away, otherwise they would be standing in the backstabbing line.

Everyone has gone cray cray. Murong managed to survive Zhuang and Feng, but I am he's next. Feng was stupid to let Empress comb his hair. He must have know she was planning to kill him. The only one I feel sorry for, is Head Eunuch. Minding his own business for many years, and he gets stabbed in the back by Murong.

Murong Zhong, Zhuang Shen and Feng Pingcheng have outacted each other in Ep 26 to Ep 27. It's hard to pick the best performance for Best Supporting Character Actor.

Is it possible that Xia Jing Shi has been denying Feng Xi Yang any intimacy, because he was castrated by Emperor Xia, and he can't reveal himself to her? The enmity is so strong between the brothers. Jing Shi is always acting so oddly when Feng Xi Yang approaches him. I am sure that would have been heavily censored.

Since the Fake Parents were exposed on national TV, that put an end to their Rent-the-Parents wedding business. They could become drama extra actors. Hahaha!

I just finished ep 26. This might be the best episode to-date, although ep 27 might top it.

I remember Li Qin in Princess Agents. She was Princess Cray Cray. LOL

Ep 26: Feng Sui Ge is a one-man execution squad. That was strange marching in a narrow street to confront PM Shuang. Civilians, assassins, soldiers... many casualties!

They make the perfect royal couple.
