FL parents looks like they donโt know how bad they treated her, am on 32 and no apology yet , this are not good…
In real life, there would be no reconciliation between the child and parents. These rifts are hard to mend because of anger, pride, and ego. Because this is a drama, the writer wanted to close the loop for the viewers, and wrote in the scene where she invites them to visit her house with Grandma. I don't think Haoming has rooms for Grandma, parents and Haochen. They would have to stay in a hotel. I can't see Grandma living in the city, in apartment condo. She has her own house and farm to take care of.
Lin Tao was deluded. He thought that a marriage should be built on lies. I am glad that Qiao Lin trusted her sister enough to tell her what happened. In a Kdrama, the sister would have kept it to herself.
Steve and Mr. Qu have gone to prison per Fang Lei in the last episode. At least, those 2 are now in jail. Han…
Thanks! I fast forwarded Fang Lei and Han's final scene. The only thing I caught were that he lost his license, and she asked him to go to London with her. LOL
So glad that snake Qu, who was like an uncle to Haoming, went to jail. Some people are two-faced. It proves that you should never trust people implicitly.
By glossing over the incident, it would appear that child kidnapping is condoned. I get it that the censorship board aims to promote family values and ethics, but they also need to convey that criminal acts have ramifications.
I do not understand why Han Wei Ping was not arrested for kidnapping or child endangerment. It is far-fetched that he was on the street corner where Haochen decided to jump out of the car. Chen Lin added driver and bodyguard to his resume. Assistant, photographer, love doctor, driver, bodyguard... What else? The boy should stick to his day job.
Instead, Han Wei Ping was only questioned and released by the police. The boy did not wander by himself into the abandoned half built/half demolished building. If he had tried to run from Han, he could have fallen and died. That subplot was unnecessary. The director wanted to showcase the good looking actor. He had a minor supporting role. Han even ends up going to London with Fang Lei at the end of the drama.
Im on EP 27... why is she wearing a white dress to a dying workshop? She is usually smart, doesnt make sense.…
LOL I had the same thought. If I were dyeing fabric, my puffy white sleeves would have been splattered with the dye water. When I cut fresh beets or cook curry, my shirts end up red or yellow.
The bad people walked away in the end: Lin Tao, Fang Lei, Han Wei Ping, Steve. I don't know if Mr Qu got away. I skipped over his scenes, due to lack of interest, and I couldn't differentiate between the Mr Huang and Mr Qu actors. Fang Lei has a bright future as an entitled delulu princess in costume dramas. She was ready to destroy Haochen's life,. If the truth was revealed, the boy would have harmed himself.
Did Qiao Lin become a medical practitioner at the end?
This drama wanted to instill family values into dysfunctional families, so Xu Yan reconciled with her parents, Haochen reconciled with his father Hao Ming, Xu Yan reconciled with Hao Ming.
