Wen Zheng Rong aka Yu Lan [Hao Ming's mother] is aged 46, while William Chan aka Shen Hao Ming is 39.

This reminds me of Jumong, where Oh Yeon Soo aka Lady Yu Hwa (Jumong's mother) and Song Il Gook aka Jumong were the same age. Both of them were born in 1971.

You should watch Season 1 for the Zhang Qishan character. William Chan made the character sizzle on screen, for lack of a better word. There is some drag in the plot.

I was expecting Grandma to mention to Shen about the father's illness, but it is too early in the plot. As usual, there is an obsessive possessive ex-girlfriend in the plot. She might be delulu, if they were never lovers.

I didn't like Xu Yan in the beginning, but now that I see her birth parents, I can understand why she is two-faced. She is not the type of female friend you would want to hang out with, but I feel sorry for her circumstances in life.

I looked at episode 1 and 39 on the Youtube channel. The drama is Ten Years Late

XQS walking into the light, was a lot better than MLC Li Lian Hua / Li Xiang Yi not shown at the end.
