Would have given it a 9 had it been a happy ending. Total killjoy. I just detest open ending because i feel it's a cop out by the writers. So unnecessary. Their mature enough especially with their children's blessing to find happiness in their golden years. What a letdown

I know this was written 2 months ago but if you continue watching (which i hope you did) you'll find out althoigh your concerns were valid the were actually addressed in later episodes. Its a slow burn romance , a love story that can stand the test of time , its very well written that you will see the character arc and the relationship blossom brilliantly so much so you want more from the happy ending

Im also watching without subs as i cannot wait eventhough my mandarin is terrible. Im also going to watch the subs only when its complete with the caveats that there is a happy ending for ML & FL 😝

Im also hoping for them to reconcile. To be honest its the CEO Li and Mujia that I've been rooting for throughout this drama. If this is a unsatisfactory ending I've going to be cursing 🤬 😭
