She did but I think she meant after Mo Li, she said something about filming 4 costume dramas in her interview but there wasn't a fourth one yet so I'm assuming she meant Mo Li and then to take a break.

I think she'll be doing Keep Running, filming Mo Li and then after will take a break (hoping it's a good long break because she deserves it).

Maybe closer to the date or not at all until it starts filming?
I feel like Lin Jiang Xian was like that too (could be wrong as I don't really remember).

I know it can get a bit overwhelming but hang in there it definitely doesn't last too long (plus their adult life starts at Ep 20). For me those episodes were actually quite relatable as I feel like the families fighting is what I see or hear in everyday life.

I agree, enjoying this more than MM as well. I've realised since all the mainstream dramas on MDL are non-existent, I barely know about any of them but will definitely be checking them out after this.

Just saw the trailer for this and I had no prior knowledge of ever seeing or hearing about this drama and it LOOKS SOOO GOOD!! Can't wait!

It's technically still Monday-Sunday but different in the sense that CCTV-1 & iQiyi is Monday-Friday and Jiangsu TV is doing a re-run from 15 March onwards (which should be Monday-Sunday) so no new episodes on the weekends.

Exactly, I have a feeling if they stick to the 40 episodes, they will be changing the story drastically and just leaving the main scenes and I'm not sure I'm prepared for that. I feel like sometimes that can really take away from the quality of the story.

I'm so obsessed with Bai Lu's acting and dramas that I can rarely find other dramas that interest me 😭

I came on the page to post this exact comment! I think it's pretty much confirmed as Bai Lu and Cheng Lei at this point (since no one has been rumored as the ML since Cheng Lei), just waiting for the official announcement.

Side note: 100 chapters in and I'm pleasantly surprised we already have two kiss scenes. I was thinking I wouldn't get one for a long time. I'm really hoping they adapt the novel well but with a 1000 chapters, I'm thinking about how that will fit into a 40 episode drama (unless they do a part 1 and 2 like some other dramas which may help).

I started reading the novel a while back and the first few chapters were already sooo good!! It might take me a while to finish with how long it is but I love long novels. The leads suit Bai Lu and Cheng Lei perfectly! Can't wait until the official announcement of the cast.

I didn't follow the reuters for Only For Love back then but if I go off the dates, the episode for OFL came out just before the drama ended. It's a bit sad we won't get a hi6 episode, I was actually hoping Keep Running would be airing around this time to promote there since I loved the previous episode they were in but the timing didn't work out.

The promotion was terrible! I also feel like only the cast has been doing all the promoting, praying we get ARP's promise and a MM variety show to make up for it.

Same! I'm hoping we hit 10k before it finishes, we came really really close to 9.5k at one point. Would love to see Ao Ruipeng fulfil his promise and I'm not sure if we are getting a variety show like they did for SOKP (I really want one).

Me too!! I'm not sure if the variety show will still be going ahead as I haven't heard anything about it recently but I saw somewhere that if it passes 2 million reservations, they were planning to do it for MM (not too sure though). Since it will be coming out Q1 2025, they might do it next year?

I also really what one for LJX but don't know if they are thinking about a potential variety show.

SOKP actually cured my dislike for historical dramas!

I've been watching dramas for about 10 years now and I've never ever liked historical dramas, with the exception being republican dramas and Story of Yanxi Palace. When I watched SOKP as it was airing, I really loved it.

When the drama finished airing, I now actively go on a search for new historical dramas to watch (which has never happened before). That's how much I ended up loving this drama!! The cast did such an amazing job and I'll definitely be rewatching this many times.

I'm so glad to see that everyone is still watching and commenting about this, just goes to show what a timeless and memorable series this is!
