Am I the only one not quite grasping this slave issue between Mudaeng and Plawan? I usually try to be very attentive but I don’t get this now? Did I miss something?

If every artist were gonna take the safe bets and potentially profitable way we would not have any artists at all. But even if her intentions were noble, she could have just said "sleep on it and think it over", but she told him to refill his application, in other words "do what I say". She just wanted to control and not guide him.

I could have punched her straight away when she had the nerve to tell Shuhei to refill his application form after he had repeatedly told her he wanted to apply for Art College. I am not Japanese either, because I could have told her "Are you deaf, bitch?"
Do you have any idea what pressure and emotional blackmail gay people often go throuh - especially in Asia - to get married? In Japan they are constantly being nagged not just by their close and extended family, but even their senpais and supervisors at their workplace keep bugging them on a daily basis about their private lives and when they are supposed to marry and reproduce kids. Many of them eventuaally marry a woman because they are literally cornered and manipulated by their environment that everything is gonna be alright once they are married. That marriage will bring them happiness and that they can be "normal", if they try. That bloody video Misaki was watching about a wife telling her gay husband had committed suicide is not there for nothing. Yuuki was on the verge of doing the same ffs.
And you have the audacity to call yourselves LGBTQ allies? You're a bunch of soulless, judgemental tits without the bare minimum of human empathy. Shame on you.
Also it is frigging tiresome whenever the cheating plot device appears the spinsters start the moaning fest that "I haaattttteeeee chhheeeeaaaaattttiiiinnnggggg". Cheating is part of human mankind since forever, there are dozens of reasons people do it, and dramas are there to explore and analyze the reasons behind it in each and every story. If you are not adult enough to handle it, then just bugger off till you grow the fuck up and let others enjoy an adult drama with flawed characters and developments.

Not a series, a movie. My Rosy Life, His Rosy Passion (2014). A pink movie with the emphasis on sex. Raunchy and amusing enough on the surface, but way inferior to this series. This series is a meticulous psychological exploration of such a throuple situation. That movie did not even try to analyze it.
The number of vile, mean-spirited, judgemental, one-dimensional and puritannical comments… eek. But I cannot say I am surprised at rudimentary MDL. This series is indeed way too adult and too complex for this kindergarten.
That is already crackling good. Wonderfully messy and complex, solid performances in particular by the 3 leads, yet the supporting cast is strong as well. I guess we are heading towards a very convincingly executed representation of a polyamorous relationship.
Apart from Bamee’s stepmother being an awful person, I guess there must be something for her being so terrified of letting someone enter that house. Does she know something about time travel?
Viki has always been a week behind GagaOOLala with the episodes. I wonder if the streaming rights might include…
The production company might want to avoid GagaOOLala subscribers drop spoilers to those watching it on Viki platform.
There are things like that with the final episodes. I remember there were two Pinoy BL series - In Between and My Extraordinary - where all the episodes were airing on GagaOOLala before they did on YouTube - except for the last one which came out simultaneously.
What the hell? Now it’s not coming out on Gagaoolala until 3/31? Whhhyyyy??
Viki has always been a week behind GagaOOLala with the episodes. I wonder if the streaming rights might include the condition to air the finale at the same time on both platforms, hence the delay.

This series is an exciting psychological drama with BL added, reinforced with complex and layered characters and interesting development of both plot and character.
It has its flaws, but from what I have seen so far those who criticize it seem to wanna buy something it has no intention to sell.
Could you expound and tell us why, exactly, it "sucked"??? I am not questioning your right to dislike the show.…
I would not call The Man Who Defied the World of BL fluffy either.
That is a highly affectionate, adroit, sprightly and poignantly witty send up of the BL genre, which manages to be a true BL as well, while constantly spoofing the genre. Sensational.
This is not an airport. You don't need to announce your departure.
Don't let the door hit you on your arse the way out.
