God, these reviews below are so childish. It's a shame that none of you even understand what you watched. Again…
Weeks pass but one thing never changes. Illiterate and rude fuckers who did not grasp a word of the series coming over here to show their zero comprehension skills, utter bigotry, and sheer pompousness.
Episode 10 did not live up to the standards of episode 9. It was protracted and tedious, with long-drawn out conversation scenes and extended longings. Kaeng was a dick when he interfered with others' date, the way he behaved in the car was even worse. And how come he turns up in Puth's house every time he wants as if he was at home? Puth was also an arse. After that interrupted date he should have insisted on going home alone instead of texting with his date in the car. And if he does not want to have sex with Kaeng, why does he let him kiss and caress him? The love confession scene was nice though, but it came out of nowhere. If Puth has discovered Kaeng has changed why he never noticed that before and acted as if he did not? It just did not make any sense.
Sporadically entertaining, sometimes infuriating romcom-drama that never really finds the comfortable balance or the style it seeks, though it does have its undeniable highlights and it is well-done and acted by all concerned. The presumed infatuation of the average 21st century mainland Chinese with the communist ideology and state guidance in domestic relations and private life is rather hilarious, though.
This one has the same probem as many other Japanese projects trying to adapt the exaggerated manga/anime style to live action. It never works. What sounds and plays amusingly camp in the format of the former ones turns out to be awkward as the latter.
A gripping, surprise-plotted yet character-driven psychological drama with generally good performances, hot sex-scenes and a plot that holds your attention and keeps you guessing. Cinematically, it is surprisingly very slick, it is basically a very solid piece of craftsmanship. I don't even get why this does not get a wider recognition. (I have paid for the R-rated version, and it is well worth paying).
Episode 6 was an inventively jolly and playful coda to a lovely BL portmanteau.
I thoroughly enjoyed this well-done little compendium and I seriously cannot get all the gasp and pouting it received from many in the comment section.
I don't know if it's intentional, but "I Promisted You the Moon" has an ominous tint to it. It is a lovely title,…
"I Told Sunset About You" is reasonably ominous as well. I remember we were wondering about that too last year, and whether ITSAY was going to have a tragic ending.
I agree. If only the entire series had been at this level. But better late than never, I guess.
I am not that strict, I have enjoyed this show mostly, despite its obvious faults and frequent tedious aspects. Every single episode had an inconsequential charm even if the plots were not very good and at a snail's pace. No doubt this latter overcame most of the flaws of the earlier episodes.
Solipsism5 made a noble effort, but SJWs never learn. Still thick as pigshit, still going on about the non-existent rape, still totally clueless about the character developments, still not understanding a single word from what they have seen, just parroting the platitudes and buzzwords distributed to them in the SJW memo and cheering for censorship. Depressing. It is good to know, however, they are a minority, even if they make the most vocal tantrum everywhere.
By far my favorite story and I don’t care much for the intimate scenes. The story is actually moving along at…
It is actually quite common in BL. Until We Meet Again, Dark Blue Kiss, What the Duck, TharnType, My Gear and Your Gown spring into my mind straight away, but I am sure there are many more.
Kaeng poured whiskey into a not-quite-empty beer glass. I would dump him just for that. I've noticed the writer…
I guess Payu is only flirting and playing with Puth exactly the way Puth used to do with others so far, and both Puth and Kaeng will both realize it is each other they really love in spite of pretending to be friends with benefits only (Kaeng has already done it).
The only crime in art is bad art. You can have serial murder, rape, incest, cannibalism and whatever your most…
And once again three rousing cheers for your post.
A bunch of faux outrage drama queens - who are butthurt about the slightest political incorrectness or non-puritan aspects of any dramas - have been spewing venom at an admittedly mentally unstable person, some of them even wished him die. They make me puke. And they have the audacity to refer to themselves as sensible and socially concsious minds and call others "toxic". I hate this friggin' buzzword, but if it relates to anyone, that is them for sure.
And day after day they come over here to happily proclaim they skipped the most compelling, absorbing, awe-inspiring and accomplished part of this drama. How utterly vacuous, intellectually shallow and abysmally immature these peeps are. And these hollow souls even make a boast of their own spiritual immaturity. And they are offended when being told to piss off and watch Disney Channel or Hallmark. Even that would be more than what they can chew. I wonder how they survive in daily life, how they get to the grocery shop without having a meltdown.
"Thank you everyone for all the support for #PAPAandDADDY. For those asking what can we do to get a season 2, it's so simple! Just watch it on #GagaOOLala to show your love"
I feel marketing stunt here. Not that I have any problem with that.
Actually I rewatched episode 1st. I have also been under the impression that Win was run over by a car and Wit was crying over his body, and that shows what must have happened 10 years ago.
But it is apparently Kim who is crying there, consoled by Met. Not sure it is Tha who was hit by the car because his face is blurred and/or covered - probably on purpose.
Correction: Tha was hit by the car. I compared his chest tattoo to the one Boss, the actor has on his IG account. The same tattoo. And his face s shown better from profile when lying on the ground.
ooo and who was the one that died in the car accident in the first episode in front of kim and his sister
