yeap and i personally feel like 2 ep won't enough for her story. i actually feel bad for her character. her past…
Yes, I think your right in that they are saving her story for the climax, that's why the did Ung's backstory first, but she is the most interesting and complex character here and I really wish more time was spent on her. I love the Ung but YS's character is so intriguing to me she's gone through so much and it has made her a cold and distant person but at the same time she brings so much warmth to those she loves. I think like you said a lot of people misunderstand her character because there hasn't been a lot of her story/perspective. I really hope the last 4 are YS centric episodes she def deserves the spotlight!
There is, I don't think it's too bad as in it doesn't take away a lot of the focus, but it can be a bit annoying at times. I like both of SL's though especially the SFL so don't let the love triangle stop you from watching. This drama is so worth the watch
So we've gotten history on Ung's background and some history on YS's background, but one thing the drama has not delved into is that YS's parents are seemingly dead. I wonder why it hasn't been brought up and if it will, because it seems to be such a big part of her story. I imagine that losing her parents probably had just a big effect on her as being poor did and I think it could explain some her mindset. Like I think part of the reason she left him, was one to control at least something in her life and two because she was afraid that he would be taken from her in a way that was out of her control. Because as a reminder her grandmother was also sick when they broke up. Even now you can see her being extra conscious about her interactions with him, I get the feeling that she is very nervous of the rug being pulled out from under her again. Anyways I hope they address in the drama because I think it could add more depth and nuance to her story.
I think it starts to get annoying this plot. They just starting dating again and they already breaking up. And…
But they haven't broken up yet, I highly doubt they will. The previews just like to lie to us lol. I think the coming episodes will have parallels to the things that broke them up in the past but this time around they will show that they are in a much stronger relationship now.
Yeah I think her grandma is sick too, so with the opportunity to go to France and her grandmother falling ill it will test their relationship, but instead it will show that they are stronger now and won't break up again. Because like you said what was the point of 11 eps if they break up from the same things. I am honestly not worried about it in the slightest.
Dont worry to much. Do you remember when the preview convinced all of us that NJ lied to YS when thats not what happened at all. Or when in todays episode it made it seem tense when they were at the museum but it was actually so sweet. In all dramas but especially this one the previews will lie to get us to come back, but I'm sure it's fine. I'm positive they won't break up now that they are back together.
I was sobbing despite being so happy lol, what is this show doing to me!
But seriously this episode was so good, that silence was so nerve wracking but when he said I missed you and I need you to keep loving me, I broke down. Also when he was crying and she moved away his hands to touch his face. Ahhh I can't handle this right now lol
I really don't know what will be there in this drama, I've already watched 6 eps but they are just always having…
It gets worse before it gets better but please keep watching, they way it unfolds the characters stories and development is so beautiful, well worth the watch
Wanted to say that you're not alone! I'm loving this drama so much because it is realistic. I can understand that…
Yes! I really don't think he will do anything to ruin their relationship. A lot of people were saying that he is a bad person, but I don't actually see anything he did wrong. At the end of episode 10, he reached out to YS because she was there at the moment, it wasn't making a move on her. He needed support she was there. Even in previous episodes I don't see anything super wrong. You can't help you who have feelings for and he is doing his best. Imo both second leads are very lonely and sad and are just grabbing onto anything or any person who makes them feel better. That doesn't make them bad people.

I fully agree with all you said. I know that we are not bad people, but it certainty feels like it sometimes when so many are so aggressively opposed to something I really love. Oh well, what can you do. Also I totally agree, they are actually progressing so fast. Ever since the kiss we've had so much character development on both sides individually, which means that soon relationship wise their will be development too. I know Chio Woo Shik said that next week is fun so I think for certain their will be a lot movement. Can't wait!
im always on your side of opinion ☔️ let's wait under the umbrella and see the beautiful rainbow this drama…
Thank you! I've really enjoyed reading your comments, you have such beautiful insights. I think I just need to take a chill pill and not let negative comments get to me lol. It's hard because I love this drama so much so I get defensive, especially when people seem to be missing the nuance of the character and the message
I think I'm the minority but it does not feel slow to me. There was so much and I mean so much movement this episode. Primarily with Yeon Su. In this episode alone she, confirmed her feelings for her ex, disclosed those feelings to her grandma, she turned off the tap and cried not shutting away her feelings, and she admitted blame for the breakup. That is huge and miles away from where she was previously! No they did not have movement in the relationship, but they can't until they sort their shit out individually which is what is happening now. It would be so unreasonable to push them together without proper character development as we all know it would fall apart quickly. This has always been a slow burn and will continue to be, even if there is not direct movement doesn't mean that it isn't happening. Sorry if this came across as a rant lol
I loved it, but it seems that I am in the minority. Personally I thought there was good movement for the characters. Some predictable parts and a lot of melo but that's to be expected from this show, it's been melodramatic from the start it's not going to stop now in the middle.
