mmm..Fashion King... i have very mixed feelings about it. I watched it kinda long time ago and mine memory about it is littlebit dimmed for now but feeling what i got was like somebody is trying boil soup and porrige in same pot.
It has few incredibly good moments but opposite to it - it has some incrdibly bad moments too and alot of moments where you think - what, it cant be?
I didnt had problem with ending, it was one of few moments what actually had impact and somehow felt right. Owerall it is drama what is sitting in your memory and you cant discard it or forget it...so there must be that something what touched you and was it bad or good doesnt even have importance.
I have had thoughts to rewatch it lately, now i have slot more expierence in dramaland and i have seen various kind dramas, so i want to know - does this drama has same impact to me now or i see it diferently now.

p.s. i have growing feeling that if they changed main male lead... exsample to No Min Woo, who is able pull this role off, this drama had bigger success. Now lead is too old and his characters emotions lack some inner logic, same goes with his actions - you understand but dont belive. In love moments i feel that its somehow embarrasing. He would suit second sons character better and story would look more true to history / actually it is fiction within real history boundaries / but its mine oppinion now...maybe it changes to the end of drama.

i dont understand people who watch historical drama and complain about ending bc its not with birds,flowers and kisses in sunset. In historical drama there are boundaries what can be changed and what cant be changed. For other options there is alternative-history genre.
Why i rant..again? Bc i read that Blade and Flower ending is so bad. So i went and peeked. I could understand if people complained that its start is bad (til ep.4 its kinda torture)i would understand then.
Now im on ep.11. This drama has improved but still has some flaws, thous arent so fatal but sill abit annoying. Now should step in second cause why i started watch this drama - No Min Woo with long hair, in historical costyme and with sword, evil and crazy...ymmi.
Til now SJ has done his role nicely, very natural.Mostly on background but kinda often seen. Historical seting suits him well, he looks older and more mature

May i suggest to you something? Try first watch all dramas what are considered classics, it gives you quality bar. First i recommend:

Kpop... Big Bang is one mine favs too. I like CNBLUE, Nell too, actually there is many artist whom i like but not all of their works equally. From older kmusic i like Boohwal and Sinawe, some other krock bands have good songs too. Seo Tadiji started with Sinawe, i hope you know who he was ? From jrock i have many favs too but mine ultima love is X Japan.
I know that you just started with asian dramas but sometimes people already have steady preferences, someone likes romance, some likes historical stuff,thats why i asked.
You liked YaB ? What from this drama made biggest impact to you? How actors looked? Or how they acted, their rolemaking and style? Or plot? For me it was kinda ordinary romcom with few nice moments.

I like mostly kdrama and some jdrama, there is few tdramas what i injoyed too but i have great dificulties with cdrama. Main point what causes this is that i dont like acting and directing styles what are used. Kdrama is most natural for me.
I peeked your list and saw that you like a lot shoujo stuff. Is there other genres what you like ? what you search from dramas: light entertaiment, emotional moments, good storytelling or great acting? How you feel about older dramas like from 90.th.? Do you read manga/manhwa/manhua/webtoon? Do you watch anime? .... what kpop artists you like, songs you listen? What about krock or jrock?

about this theory im not sure that script writers share it too but with story like it is now there is possibility to write it that way.

Some hints:
1. father of Eun Sangs friend is close and loyal person to Tan's father. He has very good relationship with his son, brilliant brain and intuition
2.Mother of oldest son, she is dead but password for sefe is still her birthday
3.When grandfather died there was a lot of backstabing and scandals in family,aunts-uncles had nearly war
4.Tan is adopted by second wife
5.Tan's mother lives with Tan's father, its secret but... she is there, not somewhere aboard or in some institution,what would be easy to arrange bc her drinking habit
6.Father broke up older brother and his girlfriend just by tiny threats to both side
7.When father found out about Eun Sang he send her,no, not a far away but into same school with Tan. He told others its for Eun Sang to learn who Tan is and how far apart they are,hmm?
8.Father is very loyal to his old time workers
9.Tan fiance was first his friend

Both korean movies isnt very deep ones and are made for younger audience. And if you look for great acting, then thous movies arent for you too. Owerall...they arent bad both are in kinda same level. For light movie night in weekend they are ok.

ummm...seems that you confuse dramas/serials and movies/films bc Time between Dog and Wolf is drama / with many episodes/ not film.

this first episode of sword and flower was not good but it wasnt bad too,it was just boring, draaaged scenes til you yawn and then you get backflash with same draaaaged scenes and you yawn again. Main lead actor looks tired and old, by role he should be at least not man in middle age crisis. maybe he acts well? i dont know bc in most scenes he stared girl or something else with blanck face, maybe it should be manifesting family traits bc actor who is playing his father is doing some ultra heavy staring with ultra blanck face. they try to be more realistic and natural - so no fansy props or costymes, sadly it causes actors to have bedhair and unshaved faces,should make them manlier but makes more old and tired. Maine heroine,i think drama was filmed when she was doing sleepwalking
Our CNBLUE boy was in this ep. he looked good on screen. I keep watching...

I lately reorganised this list and added some new songs/versions. Still...soundcloud doesnt have alot of their songs jet, i try keep tabs and add if something gets uploaded.

p.s. what i like with soundcloud is that i can go everywhere and just listen my music from mobile without vids

The Legend? It has some good rolemakings and some bad ones, plot was chosen well but ( after reading about accitents i know why) the end part lost its flow. I liked that they still tried keep main line going and didnt just cut ending off. Its fusion between history and fantasy, using real events and mixing it with old legends. But sadly some actors actedd like from kids sundaymorning serials and this didnt suit story here. That was why mine rateing is low. Owerall i injoyed it but i think im not going to rewatch it.
