This episode definitely went different than I expected from reading the manga. For one I thought they'd show Kurosawa taking care of sick Adachi in episode 5 already but thats for episode 6.
In the manga Adachi just stayed home and Kurosawa visited. The girl somehow found them when Kurosawa went to leave the home after taking Adachis temperature and feeding him. Anyway I know I did predictions of this episode based on the manga but they made this episode shorter than I thought it would be.
As for next episode it becomes really difficult to say... Based on the preview though... So the setup already is different from the manga for next episode. So very likely the girl will explain who she is which solves the jealousy of Adachi. Kurosawa stays to take care of Adachi. He falls on top of Adachi when bringing him to his bed.
In the next morning Adachi will allow Kurosawa to stay longer. I don't know why this is, might have something to do with the girl or just general thankfulness of Adachi? Kurosawa is of course very happy. Then they go to work and Adachis hair is fixed by a girl which makes Kurosawa jealous.
I think at this point we get the friend visiting the two at Adachis home. He feeds Adachi to the astonishment of Kurosawa and after this (I think, cause it seems to be after they're settled in together) we get that scene of Kurosawa touching Adachis face while he's asleep. So fastforward a bit and Kurosawa is kinda done with Adachi being everyones fave and probably wants to clear things up. That's either where we'll get a confession from Kurosawa or a continued misunderstanding.
Oh and there's also Tsuge being a mess like usual.
Oh there's no English subs yet. Most people here who have watched it at this point either puzzle together the meaning of scenes or can understand enough Japanese. You can read my comment on what each scene in ep 5 means though
Explain the preview of episode 6 too. At the end Kurosawa and Adachi both looks upset
Yeah it all makes sense though. Next episode will go into jealous Kurosawa so what they'll do is slowely build up Kurosawas jealousy. In the manga we got Kurosawa trapping Adachi in the kitchen for a definitive answer but I think they're skipping that scene here since it leads nowhere anyway.
When Kurosawa says ''being with you is exhausting'' he could either prolong this misunderstanding (I hope they don't) or immediately confess to him openly. He means exhausting as in that Kurosawa keeps getting jealous but can't do anything about it.

Adachi says ''excuse me'' and tries to touch the old dude to read his mind. Old dude says its hot and Adachi goes to turn the temperature down. Adachi thinks its no good but keeps trying to touch him. He gives up and walks away thinking ''after all I can't help Kurosawa''. Old dude calls him back like ''You!'' and Adachi notices he forgot his pen and touches the old dude. Adachi runs away to bring him his sweet cake that the old dude likes.
The colleagues discuss the old dude liking that type of sweet. Anyway thats why old dude was grumpy, he wanted the specific sweet. Kurosawa runs back to Adachi to tell him the president/old dude was happy. Kurosawa wonders how Adachi knew, Adachi says it was just by chance. Kurosawa says ''You saved the situation'' Adachi says ''It wasn't anything special'' and Kurosawa says ''Thank you''. Adachi fanboys about Kurosawas ''Thank you''.
The opening of the show happens.
Back to Tsuge/glasses dude and his cat. He is checking the delivery time (when our tsundere dude arrives). So he places the cat tree near the entrance for the delivery dude. Delivery dude says ''How are you Udon?'' and Tsuge gets another attack of cuteness. Anyway Tsuge sees delivery dude with the cat and smiles but notices and is like ''Why am I making that face?'' and ''Get a grip''. Delivery dude wonders whats up and eventually hands him the cat thinking ''Don't make me worried, idiot'' (a classic tsundere move). Tsuge is done for and collapses.
Onto Adachi again, he is looking at some food he got with a note attached that says. ''Thank You!'' - Kurosawa. He looks at Kurosawa, thinks about his magic powers and gets disturbed by his friend who basically wants to eat with him.
Adachi wonders about the obento he got from his friend. His friend talks about how Adachi somehow seems to know what people want. Adachi thinks his friend is gonna guess he's a magician. His friend actually is just impressed by Adachi and wants to learn his skills, he gets him all kinds of food for his favour.
Adachi has a scene where he is actually happy about his magic powers and what he can accomplish with them. Adachi walks outside and says ''rain'' and runs out. The friend says ''lets go back home together'' and they get ready to leave. They see Kurosawa with a girl. The friend says ''that person is his ex-girlfriend without mistake''. Adachi says ''Right.. Well, good work today'' and leaves alone.
Here we get that dream of Adachi about Kurosawa. The girl says something like ''You're kind, I love that''. Kurosawa says THE SAME LINE HE SAID TO ADACHI ''That, do you know what that means?'' The girl says ''Of course''. They lean in for a kiss and Adachi wakes up. Adachi says ''A dream?''. He walks to work and thinks ''Kurosawas ex is very pretty''.
At work we see Adachi pretty sad. He thinks ''This is good isn't it?'' but seems restless about it. Basically he overdoses on cold medicine and goes home. He says ''Good work'' to Kurosawa. Kurosawa follows him concerned after seeing his expression. Adachi thinks ''This is good'', Kurosawa says he looks bad and wants to get a taxi. Adachi says ''I'll go home alone'' but Kurosawa refuses that. Adachi reacts angry and Kurosawa asks ''Why are you angry?''. Adachi says ''I'm not really angry'' thinks ''Why am I angry?'' and says ''I'm really okay''. This is where he faints into the arms of Kurosawa.
Kurosawa says ''You really aren't okay at all''. They get into the taxi. Adachi thinks ''From the moment I saw Kurosawa with his ex-gf I realized I felt bad. I didn't want Kurosawas feelings to change''. The girl shows up and says ''I found you''. Kurosawa says ''What are you doing?''. She gets in with the rest and says ''its all good'' and they go.
End of episode. Also next episode is the sick Adachi episode which is gonna have MOMENTS. If you've seen the manga you know next episode goes all out. We got at least 1 of the big manga moments confirmed for the next episode.

Alright just some side-news but in case anyone saw those pictures of the later episodes from that Japanese magazine. Those clothes they were wearing (The Gelato Pique sweatshirts) in the picture are sold out now on the official site. I found out cause on Weibo someone was looking to buy them.

There's also the official page (I think) called ''Adachi.Kurosawa'' which shares pictures of upcoming episodes. I've literally seen like 6 pictures of scenes from the next episode there. Good place to check out.
Most of the Cherry Magic content on Facebook seems to be shared in general BL-fan groups though.
Personally I mostly check out the manga authors Twitter page, the official Twitter page and the series tag on Weibo for pictures and all that.
