Nobody expects that when they first start it. Like I check out every Japanese BL anyway but didn't expect much from the initial synopsis before it aired. I love magic-storylines though so I was ready for it.
Then the first episode happened and it was magical indeed.

Yeah the show uses the right amount of wholesomeness and jokes to make it much more available for new viewers (those not used to BL or LGBT series). Yet it still portrays such a strong chemistry between the male leads.

Well to get such a visualisation from Kurosawa will likely not happen, he's mostly into cute clothes Adachi.
However there will be certain situations, lets leave it at that lmao. If they follow the manga well enough... This is gonna be an experience.
