What happened to the sister? lool. She went from looking for her to completely being ignored. lool.
Even with all goodwill, I can't give it more than 5, or 5.5. It is an average series. It could have been a decent 8 episodes series, because I had some fun with it.
I don’t know. I watched the first four episodes so far. The first episode was definitely interesting, but the…
I can't guarantee you will love it, especially that it is 20 episode, but Healer is great! Although it is from 2015, it holds very well. It has Ji Chang Wook & Park Min Young with an absolutely awsome supporting role from Kim Mi Kyung (she steals the show). The series is a nice mixture of action , some mystery, and romance. The action is much less frequent and brutal though if your main goal to watch is action.
Don't read too much into it. This was a typical American produced series ending. Always leave the door open to another season even if the story is done.
Through EP5 and I'm disheartened by comments that it only gets worse. Ahn Eun Jin's agent needs to get her some…
First 2 episodes are the best, but the series doesn't get worse. Just prepare yourself for TONS of cheesiness, fluff, and silliness. If you are ok with that, you will be fine lol
I don’t know which secret the ml’s father found out, whether it was that she lied to get the job or dating…
I get you are unhappy about the slap. However, you can hardly say that the series had logic and realism before it. The series is complete and utter nonesense from E01. That doesn't mean I am not having fun. I have watched all episodes. But, I am treating it as complete fluff and just going with it.
As a matter of fact, that slap is probably one of the few realistic things. If he thought that she leaked company secrets he would do much worse. These people are very powerfull and have connections in very high places. Nothing will happen to them.
The series Misaeng was hailed in Korea for its realistic depiction of workplace. In it, you will see that this slap is hardly out of place.
I think a fairer comment from you that it ruined your mood, rather than it abandon logic and realism. It never had those things in the first place.
No. SFL is cute. You can't hate her lool. You have to approach this series as complete nonesense. You need to remove your brain entirely, not only switch it off. lool. If you can do that, and preferably have the remote to fast forward some stuff, then you will enjoy it. The leads have great chemistry, and there is a lot of fun to be had.
I don’t enjoy those supposedly funny scenes where the ML competes with the SML anymore. Darim should have been…
I fast forward these scenes. I don't find them funny not even one iota. I actually find them horrible, but I am not taking them too seriously, because the whole series is big nonesnse, I am enjoying it overall. It has a good amount of fun, but I have used the FF button a lot.
The way I screamed when I saw that one dollar lawyer cameo. It feels good to watch a drama and know a random reference.
That was EPIC! I loved it. Now, wouldn't be the best twist ever if Park Jin U turns out to be a mole, and he is still part of the One Dollar lawyer team? lol
It is the character she played in "Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born" Personally, I LOVED it, and got into my top Kdramas list. But, that is partially because I loved the subject matter. The series wasn't widely talked about because it is Disney+ exclusive. Otherwise, I think it would have gained more prominence worldwide.
Wood Da Vi is probably 3rd lead, but her character is very important and very integral to the series. She had a good screentime.
I am happy that Woo Da Vi is 2nd lead. The role is nowhere as good as Jooran, but I am happy for her, and I hope she gets more roles in a more serious dramas.
This being produced by an American company, does it have an end, or at least a complete arc?, or do I need to wait, and maybe get some answers in subsequent season(s) if they do any?
With very serious regret I am putting this on hold. The writing is really mediocre, and it is not holding my interest.…
I appreciate your measured and polite responses @brodiew, @milZyy, @Baby MJ, and Teens804. I think it is a matter of perceiving things differently. Same scene can be viewed differently. As I mentioned above, I put it on hold. I didn't drop it. In other words, there is a chance I will come back to it later. I absolutely love the set up, and as I said I love the main 2 leads. But, I am simply not vibing with the writing and many scenes. I mentioned 2 examples, but I have more. There is no "smoking gun", but a series of small things that add up to a lot.

I actually had some sympathy for her in earlier episodes.
I have to say that Mum with bandages scene made me laugh.
2FL has a competition now lol.
Just prepare yourself for TONS of cheesiness, fluff, and silliness.

I think Subway was full though, that is why they didn't go there lol

There is part of me who can see her point.

The guy got killed twice the same way in the same series lol.
