I’m only on ep 8, but I’ve loved Papa Li from the first episode. What a wonderful person. Maybe too good to be real, but hopefully there are people like that in real life.
I’m looking for a modern drama that has a similar vibe, so I keep starting shows, but nothing is sticking like…
I’ve watched YAMG and Love Scenery multiple times. I think I’ve seen Forever Love, but I’m not sure. Started Lighter and Princess, but the first three episodes didn’t capture me. I’ll try to watch a couple more episodes. I can’t find one called Our Story.
The whole series was revolving around how its easy to divorce and getting back together.. marriage having no meaning…
That’s one of my irks about this drama as well. Since when is divorce so easy? I guess when there’s no kids involved, but even Qin Shi’s dad seemed to have had an easy time with his divorces and multiple kids by multiple women. Or maybe divorce is easy and it’s staying together that’s so hard which makes me a bit sad.
I have to know what happens to that obnoxious jerk Wang - I'm just about to binge the last 10 episodes, but am…
His shady dealings and what he did to Yang Hua were also revealed, so now he’s the one ostracized from the finance industry. Hu Ping hires Yang Hua to replace him.
Can someone tell me if something happen to WuFei in those 10eps left ? Or did she got a pass for being annoying…
Qin Shi lectured her on how all she knows how to do is go to daddy and rely on nepotism. All the legal assistants heard and Qin Shi ends up quitting. She and Junhui also break up. Unfortunately, the writers/director try to get us to believe that she’s back to the sweet girl from beginning at the end of the drama. She reverts back to her old hairstyle and becomes Junhui’s legal assistant.
LiDai really grew on me after the first few episodes. She was savage and true to herself till the end. Respect++
LiDai really is the most admirable person in this show. She stuck to her ethics. Qin Shi bends hers a little and I questioned some of her actions. She did the right things when pushed, but she seemed to be reluctant to make decisions sometimes.
I'm up to ep 34. Can anyone tell me if that airhead Fei Fei got the fruits she deserved?
She ends up quitting after she realizes that she can’t compete against Qin Shi. She and Jun Hui also break up but reconcile at the very end where she becomes his legal assistant.

One side couple are constantly getting into ridiculous fights and threatening each other with divorce then making up and talk to each other in baby talk. The other couple has the 2nd male lead who is still in love with the female lead, but has an immature and annoying fiancee.
Jun Hui’s mom and Yang Hua’s coworker who tried to blackmail him are awful. With the mom, I realize that she just wants the best for her son, but why does she have to keep comparing Qin Shi to Wu Fei? As for the coworker, I actually yelled “b**ch” at my screen and I rarely curse.
loved when he let the girl who tried to fall in his arms fall and just walk away. I hate adult females who do…
I disliked it even more when Yang Hua’s friend was praising that woman. Have some self-respect instead of staging fake falls. If she was as wonderful as the friend said, she could have been more forthright and introduced herself to Yang Hua properly. He, of course, would probably barely give her look and then say that he’s married.
Another drama of a female toying with multiple dildos. If a man does the same thing he is portrayed as a jerk…
Qin Shi is not in any way showing affection for her ex, so I don’t know where you got this viewpoint. He on the other hand keeps looking at her longingly while he’s engaged to someone else.
